$2,500

$10,000 total. Start with a $2,500 deposit. U.S. businesses only. Agreed U.S. travel included.

Your best employees should not have to quit for you to find out what is broken.

Remove bottlenecks. Keep good people. Address poor performance. Get your business moving again.

Your reliable employees are doing everyone else's work. Managers keep bringing you problems they should be handling. The same conversations happen every week, and somehow nothing changes.

You can feel what it is costing you: recruiting, overtime, mistakes, customer frustration, and another evening spent dealing with work.

I come to your business for two working days. We audit how work and people move through your business, identify the bottlenecks slowing you down, and start fixing the leadership and performance problems behind them.

This is hands-on work with me, Chris Beecham. The guy from the videos, inside your business, focused on your people.

2-Day Business & Culture Rebuild

Does this sound like your business?

  • Your strongest employees get rewarded with more work while weak performance gets tolerated.

  • You keep replacing employees without fixing why they leave.

  • Managers avoid difficult conversations, and you inherit every problem.

  • Expectations change depending on who is asking, and accountability depends on who is watching.

  • You cannot step away without the phone reminding you who actually runs the place.

You do not need another speech about teamwork while the same three people do all the work.

Day 1: Audit the business. Find the friction.

We talk with you, your managers, and relevant team members. We examine how work gets assigned, what good performance means, which promises are being missed, and what your people actually value.

We trace slow approvals, unclear handoffs, repeated mistakes, and decisions that get stuck with the owner. We assess performance against the role and expectations, and separate skill or support gaps from persistent performance problems. Your explanation matters. So does the explanation from the people doing the work.

Day 2: Start changing how the business runs.

We work on the highest-priority bottlenecks, simplify agreed handoffs and approvals, and reset who owns what. We help leadership decide who needs coaching, clearer expectations, a different role, or a plan to replace them. Final personnel decisions remain with the company. We work through priority conversations and build a practical check-in process. Managers leave knowing what they own. You leave knowing what happens next and how to check that it is happening.

What stays with your business after I leave

  • A business bottleneck and culture audit: where work stalls, what is driving people away, and which fixes come first.

  • An employee motivation map: what matters to the team members we speak with and practical changes to support motivation and retention.

  • A performance action plan: where coaching, clearer standards, role changes, or replacement planning are warranted.

  • Clear expectations and ownership: what good work looks like, who is responsible, and what support they need.

  • A manager accountability and check-in framework: a practical way to address performance, recognize good work, and follow through.

  • A 30-day implementation plan: specific actions, named owners, and review dates.

By the end of the two days, you will have priorities identified, agreed changes started, and a written plan to keep the work moving. Lasting improvements in retention and performance depend on your leadership team following through.

Real business experience. Including the inconvenient parts.

I have spent more than 20 years owning businesses, hiring, selling, and leading teams. I know leadership looks different when you are responsible for payroll.

We use my Value Code approach to understand what employees actually value, instead of guessing that everyone wants the same reward.

This is for owners and decision-makers who are ready to participate and make changes. Your relevant managers need to be involved. If leadership is contributing to the problem, leadership is part of the work.

Reserve your engagement with $2,500 down.

You pay $2,500 today toward the $10,000 total. The remaining $7,500 is due 14 days before the onsite visit. For a visit agreed less than 14 days away, the balance is due when the dates are confirmed and before travel. The remaining balance is arranged separately; this checkout charges only the deposit.

After your deposit, we coordinate your priorities, location, team participation, and available dates. Your dates are reserved only once you and I confirm them in writing. Payment alone does not confirm a particular date.

Your deposit is refundable before dates are confirmed. If we cannot agree on workable dates or I cannot accommodate the engagement, your deposit will be refunded in full. We agree on the scope, travel arrangements, and cancellation/rescheduling terms in writing before confirming dates or committing travel.

The $10,000 engagement covers two onsite working days and agreed U.S. travel. Additional consecutive days are $3,000 each, subject to availability and scope. The audit focuses on the agreed business priorities and relevant team members within the two days. Larger implementations, separate return visits, and work beyond that scope are quoted separately.
