Why does the calendar reserve 45 minutes?
You get 40 minutes with me. The extra five minutes are my buffer between sessions.

Can we cover more than one topic?
Yes. This is your time. We'll get through as much as we reasonably can in 40 minutes.

Will you find me a job or negotiate with my boss?
This is a conversation with you, not a recruiting or representation service. We can work on your strategy and preparation. I don't contact your employer or apply for jobs on your behalf.

Can you guarantee a raise, promotion, or job?
No. Those decisions aren't mine to make. I can give you practical guidance and an owner's perspective on how to approach them.

Is there an ongoing commitment?
No. You're purchasing one 40-minute call, not a subscription. Ongoing support isn't included. This is career coaching, not employment-law advice.
