Whatever you're celebrating, I'll create a banner designed especially for you. Every banner is sketched and painted by hand, making each one completely unique to your celebration.

Includes custom wording, your choice of colors, hand-painted lettering and simple decorative accents such as dots, stars, hearts, lines or other small details.

SIGNATURE (MOST POPULAR)

Includes custom wording, a personalized color palette, hand-painted lettering and themed decorative elements or illustrations.

HEIRLOOM

Your showstopper banner! Heirloom banners feature more detailed custom artwork, intricate design elements and additional painting time.

How Custom Ordering Works

1. Submit Your Banner Request

Fill out the form below with a few details about your celebration, including your event date, desired banner size, wording, theme, and any ideas you already have.

*Submitting this form does not require payment and does not commit you to an order.

2. We'll Talk About Your Idea

After I receive your request, I'll contact you by email to discuss your theme, colors, wording and overall vision. If you're not quite sure what you want yet, that's completely okay! Part of the fun is bringing your ideas together.

3. Reserve Your Design With a $20 Deposit

Once we've discussed your banner and you're ready for me to begin designing, a $20 non-refundable design deposit is required through Venmo. Your deposit reserves your order and covers the time spent creating your custom design concepts.

*Digital mock-ups will not be created until the deposit has been received. The $20 deposit is applied toward the total cost of your banner—it is not an additional fee.

4. Choose Your Design

After receiving your deposit, I'll create 3–4 digital mock-ups (simple/signature/heirloom) based on the theme, colors and ideas we've discussed. You'll choose your favorite design, and we'll finalize the details before painting begins.

5. I Paint Your Banner!

Once you've approved your final mock-up, I'll begin hand-painting your banner. Because your banner is painted specifically for you, there may be slight variations between the digital mock-up and the finished hand-painted piece. That's part of the beauty of receiving something made by hand!

6. Final Payment & Delivery

Once your banner is finished, I'll contact you with the remaining balance.

*The remaining balance must be paid in full before your banner is picked-up locally or shipped. For shipped orders, applicable shipping charges will be included in your final balance.
