Your access to and use of any websites, landing pages, online storefronts, digital products, educational materials, consultations, downloadable resources, social media content, virtual services, subscriptions, or any other products or services operated by Elegant Living by Tabitha Yount LLC, including the Elegant Living and Elegant Social brands (collectively, the "Services"), is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to your use of our Services.
The Company provides educational resources, interior design guidance, decorating consultations, room mockups, digital products, affiliate shopping recommendations, content creation, business consulting, marketing strategy, social media management, content production, brand strategy, and related services. All information, recommendations, designs, renderings, mockups, educational materials, and guidance are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered engineering, architectural, legal, financial, tax, medical, construction, or other professional advice.
By purchasing or participating in any Service, you acknowledge and agree that all decisions regarding your home, business, finances, marketing, branding, advertising, social media, renovations, paint selections, furniture placement, product purchases, contractor selection, construction, or other actions remain solely your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, building codes, safety requirements, advertising compliance, platform policies, and contractor recommendations before implementing any suggestions provided by the Company.
The Company does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to decorating outcomes, property value increases, business growth, brand awareness, marketing performance, social media growth, audience engagement, lead generation, revenue, profitability, search rankings, or any other personal or professional outcome. Results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including your implementation, consistency, budget, experience, market conditions, platform algorithms, individual circumstances, and third-party products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elegant Living by Tabitha Yount LLC, including its Elegant Living and Elegant Social brands, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance upon, our Services, products, recommendations, educational materials, or marketing strategies. Your use of our Services is at your own risk.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Company's Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Missouri. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final. Elegant Living by Tabitha Yount LLC, including all products and services sold under the Elegant Living and Elegant Social brands, does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, eBooks, memberships, virtual consultations, coaching sessions, workshops, courses, AI-powered tools, marketing audits, content strategies, social media reports, or any other digital or virtual services once purchased.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital content and therefore waive any right to cancel or request a refund, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product or service, please contact us at support@tabithayount.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or restore access. If we are unable to provide the purchased product due solely to a technical failure on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
For services that include scheduled virtual consultations, strategy sessions, coaching sessions, or content planning meetings, clients are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours' written notice may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice ("no-shows") are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
