3 Session Reset Package (1:1 Online)

Sometimes one session is exactly what’s needed. Other times, your energy needs more space to fully unwind, release, and rebalance.

This package includes three 60-minute 1-1 sessions over Zoom, spaced out a week apart so we can work through what's coming up in layers instead of all at once.

The first session usually brings clarity on what's really going on underneath the stress or heaviness. While many people experience meaningful shifts after a single session, lasting transformation often happens through consistency.

This is a good fit if you've been carrying something for a while, especially if you're the one everyone else counts on to hold it together, or if one session felt good and you want to keep the momentum going.

All sessions are held remotely via Zoom and are just as effective as in-person sessions.

• Simple grounding techniques to help you maintain your energy between sessions

Practical Notes:

• This is complementary energy work, not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I'm based in Vietnam and work with clients across time zones — if none of the available times fit, message me and we'll find one that does.

• Session Length: Your session is reserved for 60 minutes. In some cases, we may go beyond the scheduled time if additional space is needed. Each session is approached intuitively, allowing the process to unfold naturally rather than being limited by a clock. Your first session typically uses the full reserved time, since part of it is spent talking through what's going on for you. Later sessions may sometimes wrap up sooner, since less time is needed getting oriented. The reserved time stays the same either way, and any extra time is yours for questions or extra integration.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
