Ownership & Usage Rights
All products, PDFs, AI tools, written content, brand frameworks, messaging systems, and digital downloads available through Boho Digital are the original intellectual property of Abby Rowe (trading as Boho Digital). This includes but is not limited to:
Custom chatbot flows
Messaging maps
Copywriting templates
Marketing frameworks
Downloadable guides and visuals
Any written or creative work shared via email, client portals, or paid spaces
Unless express written permission is granted, you may not copy, modify, resell, distribute, or claim any part of my creations as your own. That includes tweaking a few words and pretending it’s brand new. If it came from me, it stays with me - or with you for personal use only, if you’ve purchased it.
I’ve poured energy, experience, and soul into this work - thank you for respecting that.
No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content and the energetic transmission involved, all sales are final. Please ensure the offer feels aligned before purchasing. If you ever have a question about a product, message me before checkout - I’m more than happy to guide you to the right fit.

Booking & Scheduling (If Applicable)
If your purchase includes a 1:1 session, it is your responsibility to book your time using the provided scheduler link. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or last-minute reschedules (under 48 hours) forfeit the session.
All sessions must be used within the time period stated in the offer unless otherwise agreed.
Protection & Security
Boho Digital uses reputable third-party platforms such as Stanstore, Stripe, Mailer Lite, and others to process payments and deliver products. While I do everything in my power to keep your information secure, I cannot be held responsible for issues that arise from third-party platforms.
If you ever have an issue with access or delivery, contact me and I will do my best to resolve it swiftly.

By signing up for an offer, newsletter, or free download, you consent to receive occasional emails from me (Abby) at Boho Digital. These will include updates, offers, soulful musings, and other relevant info. You can unsubscribe at any time, no hard feelings.
