The Signature Blueprint: 12 week cohort

The Signature Blueprint: 12 week cohort

Stop being like everyone else.

The Signature Blueprint, live with K for twelve weeks. From K: Mercury Prize with Reprazent. Co founder of Full Cycle Records.

Open any app and you'll find hundreds of people doing what you do. Saying it the same way. Following the same advice. Chasing the same things. The market's full, and when you're like everyone else, people choose on price or keep scrolling.

You're as unique as your fingerprint. Your skills, your gifts, the things you've lived through. Most people never build on that. They copy someone who's three years ahead of them and wonder why nobody notices.

That's why you need a Signature Blueprint. It helps you:

• stand out in a market where everyone's doing and saying the same thing

• stop competing with all of them, because nobody else has what you have

• build a new identity around who you are now

• show and tell the world who you are, in a way that feels like you

Who it's for

You've got years in. Real experience, and a body of work people know you for. And you've still got ideas. Plenty of them. What you need is help putting them into action.

Maybe you don't start. Maybe you start and don't finish. Maybe you finish one thing and then the follow through goes. And somewhere in the background there's a voice telling you it's not possible. Not for you. Not now.

If that's you, I built this for you.

How the twelve weeks run

Phase 1, Clear the ground (weeks 1 and 2). The Time Audits workshop and Module 1, Clarity. Your quick win: your real week on one page, time cleared for the twelve weeks, and your direction in one line.

Phase 2, Dig (weeks 3 to 6). Module 2, Your Why. Module 3, The How. Module 4, Winning the Inner Game. Module 5, Mindset. You leave with a purpose statement and a map of routes you'd otherwise miss.

Phase 3, Find what's yours (weeks 7 to 9). Module 6, Strategic Planning. Module 7, Data Mining Yourself: your mix of experience, skills and point of view, the fingerprint nobody else has. You leave with your identity in one sentence.

Phase 4, Map it (weeks 10 to 12). Module 8, Designing Your Time. Module 9, Support System. Module 10, Progress with Action. You leave with your six month roadmap.

What you get

  1. Twelve live calls with me, every Tuesday at 1pm UK. Each one is recorded, so you have full access afterwards.

  2. The ten Signature Blueprint modules, in order: Clarity, Your Why, The How, Winning the Inner Game, Mindset, Strategic Planning, Data Mining Yourself, Designing Your Time, Support System, and Progress with Action.

  3. The Time Audits workshop, before Module 1. About two hours. You see where your week really goes and make space for what you're building.

  4. The Time Audit and Conditioning Cycles system, so the new habits hold after the twelve weeks are up.

  5. The Signature Identity workbook: an in depth workbook for every module, with exercises that challenge what you believe about yourself and what's possible.

  6. The How exercise. Where the people doing what you want to do are, what you can give them, and the unconventional moves nobody else is making.

  7. The Signature Blueprint guide, as a PDF: every module and bonus laid out, so you can see the whole plan from week one.

  8. A small group, ten places, all working on the same thing, for feedback and accountability.

  9. Bonus: The Cult Brand Playbook, a two hour live class with me on what makes cult brands work. Why people stick with some brands for life and tell everyone they know, and how to build that kind of pull around your own work.

Why I built it

Most people know me from music. A scene we built in Bristol out of basically nothing. Full Cycle Records, co founded in a Bristol basement in 1996. The Mercury Prize with Reprazent.

Then I left the business I'd spent fourteen years building. And it broke me.

I'd had the label, the career, the sold out nights. Then it was gone, and one question kept going round and round my head. If I'm not that DJ and producer any more, who am I?

It took me seven years to answer it. Seven years to find my way back to myself, rebuild my music and build a new business on a different foundation.

The experience never went anywhere. I just didn't have a map to read it with. The Signature Blueprint is that map. It's the work I had to do on myself, put in order and fitted into twelve weeks, so you're not working it out on your own.

What people say

"K's knowledge and genuine passion for helping people succeed is something you feel from the first session. He showed us that every setback carries a lesson, and that belief has stayed with me."

Ross Harvey, coach

Questions

Who's it for?

People with years in and real experience, who still have ideas they need help putting into action. If you don't start, start and don't finish, or lose the follow through, or there's a voice telling you it's not possible, it's for you. If you're just starting out, it's not for you yet.

How much time does it take?

The live calls, Tuesdays at 1pm UK, each one recorded so you have full access afterwards, plus the module work between calls. Time Audits comes first so the twelve weeks fit into your real week.

How's it different from the free masterclass?

The masterclass showed you the Blueprint. In the cohort you build yours, live, every Tuesday, with me and a small group who'll notice if you go quiet in week three. You start it, you finish it and you show it to people. That's the part a free video can't do for you.

How do I pay?

Through Stan, when places open. The waitlist hears first.

Final word

In twelve weeks you'll audit where your time really goes. You'll dig out your why and the beliefs that have been stopping you. You'll work out what nobody else can copy about you, say who you are in one sentence and test it on the group. And you'll walk out with a six month roadmap, with the first 30 days already in your calendar.

Then you start.

Places are limited. The waitlist hears first.

What's your body of work, in one line?
What do you want the next six months to be about?
The founding price is £995, or 3 payments of £345. Is that workable for you right now?
