  • A 10-minute video audit of your brand’s marketing. I'll go over your strengths and areas for improvement, and I'll provide my recommendations and ideas for your brand, including relevant examples from other brands. You will also receive a companion document with my audit findings and notes.

  • Note that this is not a 10-minute task: To prepare the audit, I spend several hours analyzing your brand and its marketing needs. I take a look at your brand strategy (positioning & messaging), your social media, content, website/shopping experience, and how you're acquiring customers & retaining them. I look at all of these areas in order to give you a comprehensive audit with actionable next-steps.

How the Audit Works:

  • After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a pre-audit form to provide details on your brand, any areas or campaigns that you’d like me to focus on. Please try to provide as much information as you can in this form.

  • Within 10 business days after I receive your completed form, you’ll receive an email with your 10-minute video where I break down my insights and recommendations for you and your brand, as well as a companion document with my audit findings and notes.

Note: The audit video is a screen-sharing video presentation with my voiceover, and is not in the edited style of my account’s brand videos.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a service from Noon Digital LLC, the legal entity providing the services of Adnan Sidani (referred to herein as the “Company”), you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service & Deliverables Noon Digital LLC provides consulting and brand audit services, including but not limited to The Brand Audit, The Content Creator Audit, and consulting calls. These services consist of personalized marketing advice based on the Client’s brand and social media content. The Client acknowledges that:

• The Brand Audit: A 10-minute video audit in a screen-sharing format with voiceover offering analysis and critique of the Client’s brand’s marketing strategy. This video is not edited in the style of the Company’s public content and will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving the completed Pre-Audit Form.

• The Content Creator Audit: A 10-minute video audit in a screen-sharing format with voiceover offering analysis and critique of the Client’s content strategy. This video is not edited in the style of the Company’s public content and will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving the completed Pre-Audit Form.

• Consulting Call: A 60-minute strategy session hosted via Google Meet, in which we discuss the Client's marketing or content creation strategies and the Company provides its feedback and recommendations.

2. No Guarantees All advice and recommendations provided in the audits and consulting calls are based on the Company's expertise and professional judgment. The Company does not guarantee any specific results, income, or audience growth from the implementation of this advice. The Client is responsible for how they choose to apply the recommendations, and all business decisions are made at their own discretion and risk.

3. Liability Waiver The Company is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that occur as a result of the Client using the advice or recommendations provided. The Client assumes full responsibility for any consequences that arise from applying the suggestions made during the audit or consulting calls.

4. No Sharing, Editing, or Redistribution The audit videos and all consulting call materials—including recordings and meeting notes—are strictly for the Client’s personal and internal business use. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the audit videos and call materials solely for these internal purposes. The Client may not share, distribute, reproduce, edit, modify, or make public the audit videos, call recordings, or notes in any way, whether in whole or in part, without express prior written consent from Noon Digital LLC. Any unauthorized use, copying, editing, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Use of Brand Name and Logo The Client grants Noon Digital LLC the right to use the Client’s brand name and logo solely for the purpose of identifying the Client as a customer in marketing materials, including websites and social media. Any further use of the Client’s brand, including sharing specific audit details or case studies, will require the Client’s express written permission.

6. No Refunds All purchases are final, and the Company does not offer refunds once a service has been purchased. This applies to all products and services provided by Noon Digital LLC, including The Brand Audit, The Content Creator Audit, and consulting calls.

7. Confidentiality The Company will keep any information provided by the Client confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Scope The Client acknowledges that the services provided by Noon Digital LLC are strictly limited to marketing audits, consulting calls, and related advice. Noon Digital LLC is not responsible for the implementation, execution, or ongoing management of the Client’s marketing or content strategy unless expressly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts located in California.

10. Force Majeure While the Company aims to meet the specified delivery timelines (10 business days for The Brand Audit and The Content Creator Audit), unforeseen events or circumstances may cause delays. The Company reserves the right to extend the delivery period if necessary but will make reasonable efforts to provide notice if the video will be delivered late.

11. Call Scheduling and Cancellations If the Client’s purchase includes a consulting call, the Client is responsible for scheduling the session. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule, they must notify the Company via email at adnan@adnansidani.com no less than 48 hours before the scheduled call time. If the Client fails to show up to the call, or attempts to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, the Client forfeits the call entirely and no refunds or free reschedules will be issued.

12. Agreement to Terms By checking the box and proceeding with the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
