Section 1: Payment & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Order Conditions
We reserve the right to deny or cancel any purchase at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, duplicate orders, or misuse of payment methods.
Price Changes
Prices may change at any time prior to purchase confirmation. Once confirmed, your price is locked.
Section 2: Purchase Terms & Payment Policy
By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including taxes and fees.
Payment Plans
Access to programs on a payment plan requires all installments to be completed. Access may be revoked for late or missed payments.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to PTP Elite and all associated content, regardless of the dispute outcome. You remain liable for any unpaid balances and associated recovery costs.
Section 3: Payment Plans
Payment plans are a convenience, not a subscription that can be canceled. Late payments incur a 3% weekly fee on the remaining balance. Once you access the program, you are fully obligated to complete payment in full.
Section 4: Product Updates
We may update program materials or features at any time without notice.
Section 5: Promotions
Promotional offers do not apply retroactively and may change or end at our discretion.
Section 6: Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Heather Austrie Management LLC continues to operate and offer the PTP Elite program. It does not represent your personal lifetime. Access may end if the business or program discontinues.
Section 7: Order Confirmation
You will receive access instructions or a confirmation email upon purchase. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive it.
Section 8: Failure to Pay and Collections
Failure to complete payment results in your balance becoming immediately due, plus recovery and legal costs.
Section 9: Testimonials
Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Your outcomes may vary.
Section 10: Feedback and Reviews
Any feedback, reviews, or communications you share with us may be used for marketing or improvement purposes. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content.
Section 11: Earnings Disclaimer
Earnings or income statements are for illustration only. We do not guarantee any financial results or success.
Section 12: Health Disclaimer
All educational content is informational only and not medical or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on any information.
Section 13: Recordings and Use of Live Sessions
By attending live sessions, you grant Heather Austrie Management LLC permission to record and use your image, voice, and contributions for business and educational purposes.
Section 14: Program Terms
Participation in PTP Elite constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all future updates. We reserve the right to modify the structure, content, or schedule of the program at any time.
Section 15: Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable, including partial payments or deposits. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Section 16: Electronic Communications
By enrolling, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic signatures are legally binding.
Section 17: Force Majeure
We are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or platform failures.
Section 18: Confidential Information
You agree not to share or distribute confidential materials or training resources provided within the PTP Elite program.
Section 19: Amendments and Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Section 20: Miscellaneous
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of this Agreement.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Heather Austrie Management LLC.
Section 21: Pricing, Commission, and Payment Terms
Program Price: $497 (subject to change).
Affiliate Split: 80% to the customer / 20% to Heather Austrie Management LLC.
Prices and commissions may change with official notice.
Chargebacks: Any chargeback or dispute results in permanent loss of access and forfeiture of commissions.
Affiliate Responsibility:
Affiliates must comply with all rules, payment terms, and brand guidelines.
Section 21A: Independent Affiliate Status
Affiliates of Heather Austrie Management LLC operate as independent promoters and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of the company.
Affiliates have no authority to make statements, promises, or commitments on behalf of Heather Austrie Management LLC or the PTP Elite program.
Heather Austrie Management LLC is not responsible or liable for any representations, claims, or actions made by affiliates in their independent marketing activities.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertising and promotions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
Section 22: Community Conduct & Program Integrity
To protect the integrity of PTP Elite and maintain a safe environment for all members:
No Misrepresentation:
Participants may not misrepresent the PTP Elite program, its results, or its management in any public or private setting (including TikTok lives, comments, or DMs).
No Harassment or False Claims:
Harassment, defamation, or spreading false or misleading statements about Heather Austrie Management LLC, PTP Elite, or its affiliates is strictly prohibited.
No Solicitation or Program Poaching:
Members may not use community spaces, live chats, or third-party platforms to sell, recruit, or upsell other programs, mentorships, or opportunities to PTP Elite participants.
Clarification — Independent Offers Allowed:
Members are welcome to create, promote, and sell their own educational programs, products, or services outside of the PTP Elite community. However, these offers must be independent and may not be marketed to current PTP Elite members or represented as being affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Heather Austrie Management LLC or the PTP Elite brand.
Community Standards Enforcement:
Violation of this section — including defamatory or disruptive behavior, false claims (such as accusing management of “stealing leads”), or solicitation of other members — may result in:
Immediate removal from the program and all communities
Termination of affiliate status and commissions
Revocation of all access without refund
Reputation Protection Clause:
You acknowledge that any public statements or behavior that harm the reputation of Heather Austrie Management LLC or the PTP Elite brand may result in legal action for damages or defamation.
Section 23: Legal Rights & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall take place in the jurisdiction of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
We reserve the right to pursue damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs for any breach of these Terms.
