Terms & Conditions For Boss Suite

These Terms & Conditions (āAgreementā) govern the purchase, use, and affiliate participation of Boss Suite, a digital business education and mentorship program offered by Boss Suite. By purchasing or promoting Boss Suite, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
No loopholes. No misunderstandings. No excuses.
1. Program Overview
Boss Suite is a comprehensive digital business education and mentorship ecosystem designed to help participants build, grow, and monetize an online business.
This program provides advanced education, strategic guidance, and income opportunities for individuals ready to move beyond beginner-level learning and into scalable execution.
Included with your purchase:
Full access to all Boss Suite training modules
Monetization strategies and business education
Community support and mentorship access
Eligibility to promote Boss Suite as an affiliate
2. Pricing & Payment
Pre-Launch Price: $497 USD (lifetime access, locked in)
Full Launch Price: $597 USD
Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered at the time of purchase.

3. Affiliate Program
Boss Suite includes an optional two-tier affiliate commission structure for eligible participants who choose to participate.
Tier 1 ā Direct Sales
Earn $507 per sale when Boss Suite is sold at full price (not on sale)Paid instantly through the designated affiliate platform (e.g., Stan or Beacons)
Tier 2 ā Downline Sales
Earn $422 per sale when Boss Suite is sold at full price (not on sale)Applies only when your referred affiliate has also opted into the two-tier structurePaid via bi-weekly ACH payout
Tier 2 Bonus Commission
Earn an additional $100 per sale when:Your referred affiliate is enrolled in the two-tier option andThey successfully make a qualifying sale
Important Affiliate Notes
Commission amounts may vary during promotions, sales, or special pricing eventsParticipation in Tier 2 is optional and may require additional eligibility or setupAffiliates must remain in good standing and fully compliant with these Terms to receive payoutsFailure to comply with affiliate guidelines may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the affiliate program.
4. Optional Automation Tools
Participants may optionally subscribe to an automation system for $37/month, which may include:
Pre-built funnels
Opt-in pages
Email sequences
Backend support tools
Use of automation tools is not required to earn commissions or participate in Boss Suite, but is available for those who choose to implement them.
5. Intellectual Property
All content inside Boss Suiteāincluding training materials, templates, systems, and resourcesāis the exclusive intellectual property of Boss Suite.
You may not:
Share
Copy
Repurpose
Distribute
Resell
any portion of the content unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action if necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
Boss Suite provides educationānot income guarantees.
We are not responsible for:
Individual results
Financial outcomes
Business performance
Success depends on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and implementation. Participation is at your own risk.
7. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to update pricing, content, or the affiliate structure at any time.
Participants who purchased during pre-launch retain their original pricing and access terms.
8. Disputes & Termination Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of the program.

If a dispute arises from an affiliate sale, the affiliate may be held financially responsible
Failure to resolve disputes may result in termination
We protect the integrity of our ecosystem at all costs.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in unethical or misleading affiliate behavior
Distribute unauthorized versions of the program
Initiate or support fraudulent disputes
Termination is final. No appeals.

Programs Covered Under These Terms:
ā¢ TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY
(Collectively referred to as the āProgramā throughout this document.)
These Affiliate Terms, Brand Standards & Code of Conduct (āTermsā) are issued by Lindsay Kondracki , the creator and owner of the TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY, (collectively referred to as āCompany,ā āwe,ā or āusā).
By enrolling, participating, or promoting any of the Programs as an affiliate (āAffiliate,ā āyouā), you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Terms.
Lindsay Kondracki reserve the right to enforce these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, to protect the Programs, the community, the intellectual property, and the reputation of Lindsay Kondracki.
1) BRANDING, PROGRAM INTEGRITY & NON-MODIFICATION
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable permission to promote TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY exactly as authorized by Lindsay Kondracki.
You may NOT, under any circumstances, alter, modify, recreate, or misrepresent TNWA, including but not limited to:
ā¢ The Program name, branding, logos, colors, design elements, or messaging
ā¢ The Program structure, deliverables, or what is included
ā¢ Any marketing materials, promotional language, or official assets provided by TNWA.
ā¢ Any statements implying you are the owner, creator, or official representative of the TNWA(you are not).
All Program branding and assets remain the exclusive property of Lindsay Kondracki
2) PRICING, DISCOUNTS, SALES WINDOWS & PROMOTIONS
Affiliates must strictly adhere to the official pricing and promotions set by Lindsay Kondracki.
Affiliates may NOT:
ā¢ Change or āadjustā TNWA PRICING pricing in any way. Must be sold for $297 Canadian Dollars.
ā¢ Offer private discounts, special deals, rebates, bundle pricing, or unauthorized bonuses tied to purchase
ā¢ Run independent āsales,ā urgency campaigns, or promotional windows outside those announced by Lindsay Kondracki
ā¢ Represent that a discount is available unless it is an official sale issued by Lindsay Kondracki.
Only Lindsay Kondracki and marketingonlinemama may authorize pricing changes or promotional campaigns.
3) NON-SOLICITATION, NO POACHING & COMMUNITY PROTECTION
To maintain a safe and ethical environment, Affiliates are strictly prohibited from soliciting community members.
Affiliates may NOT:
ā¢ Direct message, approach, recruit, pitch, or solicit TNWA participant or community member to purchase your own coaching, services, products, courses, memberships, affiliate offers, or outside opportunities
ā¢ Attempt to āpoach,ā redirect, or convert any TNWA customer into your private client or into any competing offer
ā¢ Collect member contact information for off-platform marketing or prospecting
ā¢ Promote or advertise outside offers inside the TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY (including posts, comments, links, or indirect promotions)
This non-solicitation obligation applies during your affiliate relationship and continues afterward.
NO PERSONAL FUNDRAISING OR DONATION REQUESTS
To maintain the professional integrity of the Programs and protect the community from financial solicitation, Affiliates are strictly prohibited from requesting money, donations, or financial assistance from members of the TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY.
Affiliates may NOT:
ā¢ Request money, financial assistance, or donations from community members
ā¢ Share or promote fundraising campaigns such as GoFundMe, crowdfunding pages, personal fundraisers, or similar donation requests within the community or in connection with the Programs
ā¢ Direct message community members requesting financial support of any kind
ā¢ Use the Programs, community, or affiliate relationship to seek personal financial assistance
TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY community is a professional educational environment focused on business growth and ethical promotion of TNWA.
It is not a space for financial solicitation or personal fundraising.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the community, termination of affiliate privileges, and forfeiture of commissions.
4) COMMUNITY CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
Affiliates must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
ā¢ Drama, harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or hostile communication
ā¢ Public arguments, bickering, or disruptive conduct within the community
ā¢ Creating division, engaging in gossip, or undermining other affiliates or members
If you have concerns, disputes, or questions, you must contact the official support channel.
Do NOT escalate matters publicly in the community.
5) NON-DISPARAGEMENT & REPUTATION PROTECTION
Affiliates must not make any statementsāpublicly or privatelyāthat could reasonably damage the reputation, credibility, or goodwill of:
ā¢ TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY
ā¢ LINDSAY KONDRACKI & MARKETING MAMA CO.
This includes defamatory statements, false statements, misleading statements, or content intended to ridicule or harm the Programs or their creator.
Any disparagement, defamation, or harmful misrepresentation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
6) CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (NO SHARING / NO RECORDING)
All Program materials are proprietary and protected.
Affiliates may NOT:
ā¢ Screenshot, screen record, download, copy, share, or distribute any TNWA content or community content
ā¢ Share login credentials or provide access to any non-authorized person
ā¢ āSneakā anyone into the Programs or community
ā¢ Repurpose, reproduce, or create derivative works based on TNWA content
ā¢ Sell, license, or redistribute TNWA material in any form
All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Lindsay Kondracki & marketing mama co.
7) TRUTHFUL MARKETING & COMPLIANCE
Affiliates must promote the Programs ethically and lawfully.
Affiliates may NOT:
ā¢ Make deceptive claims, misleading promises, or guaranteed income claims
ā¢ Misrepresent typical results
ā¢ Present the Programs as ārisk-freeā or imply refunds/terms that are not official
ā¢ Violate platform rules, advertising guidelines,
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring proper affiliate disclosures where required.
8) COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Affiliates may earn 85% commission on eligible sales as designated by Lindsay Kondracki and marketing mama co. , subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable platform policies.
Commission eligibility is conditioned on continued compliance with these Terms.
9) ENFORCEMENT, TERMINATION & LEGAL REMEDIES
Violation of any portion of these Terms may result in immediate action, including but not limited to:
ā¢ Immediate termination of affiliate privileges and the right to promote or earn income from the Programs
ā¢ Removal from the community and all related platforms
ā¢ Forfeiture of commission eligibility to the fullest extent permitted by applicable policies and law
ā¢ Legal action to protect the Programs, intellectual property, brand reputation, and business interests of Lindsay Kondracki & marketingonlinemamaxo
Lindsay Kondracki & marketing mama co. expressly reserve the right to pursue legal protection and remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, where permitted, if these Terms are violated.
10) NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY and the immediate access provided to proprietary training materials, systems, and intellectual property, all sales are final.
TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY are delivered digitally and include instant access to confidential materials.
As such:
ā¢ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
ā¢ No partial refunds will be granted
ā¢ No chargebacks are permitted
ā¢ No exceptions will be made based on personal circumstances, lack of results, time constraints, or failure to complete the program.
By purchasing or promoting TNWA, all customers and Affiliates acknowledge and agree that the TNWA are final sale digital products.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from representing the Programs as refundable, risk-free, or eligible for return.
Any misrepresentation of the refund policy may result in immediate termination of affiliate privileges and forfeiture of commissions.
11) NO REPACKAGING, RESELLING, OR DERIVATIVE PROGRAMS
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from repackaging, reselling, or presenting TNWA or their content as their own educational product, training, coaching program, mentorship, or course.
Affiliates may NOT:
ā¢ Repackage the Programs or their materials into a separate course, mentorship, coaching program, or educational offer.
ā¢ Teach the Program content as a paid training or workshop outside of the TRUE NORTH WEALTH ACADEMY.
ā¢ Create ādone-with-you,ā ādone-for-you,ā or coaching programs that are primarily based on the proprietary materials, frameworks, or training provided within the Programs
ā¢ Represent the knowledge, systems, frameworks, or strategies taught within the Programs as your own intellectual property
ā¢ Sell access to the program or their materials outside of the official purchasing process authorized by Lindsay Kondracki & marketing mama co.
Affiliates may share their personal experiences, results, and insights from participating in the Programs when promoting them, but the underlying content, frameworks, systems, and training remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lindsay Kondracki & marketing mama co.
Any attempt to reproduce, repackage, monetize, or distribute Program content outside of the authorized affiliate structure may result in:
ā¢ Immediate termination of affiliate privileges
ā¢ Removal from the community and all related platforms
ā¢ Forfeiture of commissions
ā¢ Legal action to protect intellectual property and business interests
12) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By acting as an affiliate for any True North Wealth Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Affiliate Terms, Brand Standards & Code of Conduct issued by Lindsay Kondracki & marketing mama co.
