Please review these terms before purchasing Sav’s Creator Secrets. By accepting these terms at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to the conditions below.

1. What Your Purchase Includes

Sav’s Creator Secrets is an educational digital course covering topics such as content creation, affiliate marketing, creator tools, and brand partnerships.

Your purchase includes the materials and access specifically described on the checkout page when you buy. These may include written lessons, videos, templates, prompts, and access to a private learning community.

Your purchase does not include individual coaching, account management, storefront setup, or unlimited personal support unless expressly stated in your offer.

2. Course Access

Access is provided through Skool or the platform identified in your purchase instructions. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, completing account setup, and maintaining a compatible device and internet connection.

Your access is personal to you. Do not share your login or allow others to use your account.

Any access period expressly stated at checkout applies. A one-time payment does not, by itself, promise lifetime access or the indefinite operation of a particular platform.

3. Occasional Zoom Calls & Community Support

Savannah may offer occasional group Zoom calls for learning, questions, or community connection.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, these calls do not follow a guaranteed weekly or monthly schedule. Purchasing the course does not guarantee a minimum number of calls, private sessions, individual responses, or ongoing personal mentorship.

Dates, topics, availability, and any recordings will be announced separately. If a session will be recorded, participants will be notified beforehand and may keep their camera and microphone off.

Separately advertised bonuses, including any Top 10 affiliate calls, are subject to their own published eligibility and scheduling terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

The price and payment terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Because this is a digital product, purchases are generally final once access has been supplied. We do not ordinarily provide refunds for changes of mind, unused access, scheduling conflicts, or results that differ from your expectations.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or payment-dispute rights that applicable law provides, including rights relating to unauthorized charges or failure to deliver what was purchased.

Please contact us with access or billing problems so we can investigate and help resolve them.

5. Use of Course Materials

Course materials belong to Savannah or their respective owners. Purchasing access gives you permission to use them for your own learning and to apply the skills to your own content and business.

Templates and prompts may be personalized for your own business use where their instructions permit.

You may not share, publish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the course, recordings, downloads, or substantially copied lessons. Do not upload materials to shared drives, other communities, or another paid program without written permission.

Affiliate permission allows you to refer customers through an approved link. It does not grant ownership or redistribution rights to the course.

6. Community Expectations

Treat members and administrators respectfully. Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, scams, spam, and unauthorized promotion are not permitted.

Do not share another member’s private messages, personal information, or community discussions outside the group without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access for serious or repeated violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Any removal and related refund decision remain subject to applicable law.

7. Affiliate Participation

An affiliate opportunity may be offered separately. Purchasing the course does not automatically guarantee approval or eligibility.

Participating affiliates must accept the applicable affiliate terms, including the commission rate, qualifying-sale requirements, tracking rules, payout conditions, and any bonus eligibility.

Affiliates must describe the course honestly, clearly disclose when they may earn commission, and avoid unsupported earnings claims or promises of guaranteed results.

Affiliates may not make additional commitments on Savannah’s behalf. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the affiliate terms.

8. Educational Purpose & Results

Sav’s Creator Secrets provides general educational information. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Income, audience growth, platform acceptance, monetization eligibility, and brand partnerships are not guaranteed.

Results vary based on factors including experience, effort, content quality, audience, market conditions, platform requirements, and expenses. Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences and do not establish what you will earn or achieve.

You are responsible for checking current platform rules and deciding whether an opportunity fits your circumstances.

9. Third-Party Tools & Expenses

Some lessons discuss services operated by other companies. Those companies control their own eligibility, pricing, availability, terms, and payment processes.

Your course purchase does not include third-party subscriptions, equipment, advertising, or other business expenses unless expressly stated.

We do not control third-party outages, policy changes, or account decisions. We will provide reasonable assistance with problems affecting delivery of our own purchased materials.

10. Updates to Content & Terms

We may improve, reorganize, or update course content as tools and platforms change. Updates will not be used to remove material benefits expressly promised at the time of purchase without an appropriate remedy where required.

Revised terms will display an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated, and additional agreement will be requested where required by law. New terms do not retroactively eliminate rights attached to an earlier purchase.

11. Responsibility & Legal Rights

You are responsible for your own content, business decisions, and use of the educational materials.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Acceptance

By accepting these terms at checkout, you acknowledge the educational nature of the course, the personal-use restrictions, the refund policy, and the limits on live calls and individual support.
