For the purposes of these Terms, the “Site” includes any checkout pages, digital platforms, course portals, and delivery systems operated through Stan Store or any other platform used by the Company to deliver digital content.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are accessing digital products delivered electronically.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All content made available through the Company, including but not limited to videos, trainings, written materials, graphics, audio recordings, downloads, frameworks, and course materials (“Content”), is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, modify, or use the Content for public or commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company.

This restriction applies whether the Content is accessed directly or through affiliate promotions.

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

4. TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, trade names, logos, and branding associated with DMs to Dollars are owned by the Company unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms grants you permission to use any trademarks without prior written consent.

5. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

7. COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing, you consent to receive electronic communications including emails related to your purchase, account access, updates, announcements, and promotional information.

8. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any comments, feedback, suggestions, or submissions provided to the Company become the sole property of the Company and may be used without compensation or acknowledgment.

9. SECURITY & RISK

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Company is not responsible for service disruptions or issues caused by third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Stan Store, Stripe, PayPal, or other service providers. Any disputes related to those services are governed by their respective terms.

13. REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

Due to the nature of digital products:

NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED.

Access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any right to chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals once access has been granted.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The Company does not offer price protection or refunds in the event of promotional pricing changes.

If technical issues prevent access to content, the Company’s sole obligation is to provide access or, at its discretion, a refund.

14. CALLS & COACHING (IF APPLICABLE)

If your purchase includes calls or coaching with Katherine Joy through DMs to Dollars, you are responsible for scheduling.

All bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed or late cancellations result in forfeiture of the session.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario, with exclusive jurisdiction in The Kawarthas.

Course Access, License & Intellectual Property Terms

By purchasing and accessing DMs to Dollars, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course materials for personal education and personal business development only.

This purchase does not transfer ownership of any content. All materials, concepts, frameworks, recordings, language, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Katherine Joy.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • View and participate in the course for your own learning

  • Apply the skills and principles taught to your own business or role

  • Use the knowledge gained to improve communication, confidence, and sales conversations

Prohibited Use

You may not, at any time:

  • Copy, download, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the course

  • Record videos, audio, live trainings, workshops, or replays in any form

  • Take screenshots, screen recordings, or transcriptions of course materials

  • Share access credentials or allow others to view the content

  • Resell, sublicense, gift, or transfer the course or any part of it

  • Teach, train, coach, or present the material as your own

  • Use the content, frameworks, or language inside paid or free programs, courses, memberships, workshops, or coaching containers

  • Create derivative works, including modified, reworded, adapted, or inspired versions of the material

  • Represent the strategies, frameworks, or methodologies taught as your own intellectual property

This applies to all formats, including video, audio, written materials, slides, exercises, worksheets, frameworks, live sessions, workshops, and community content.

No Derivative or Competitive Use

The frameworks, systems, language, and teaching methodologies within DMs to Dollars are proprietary.

Using this material to:

  • Create competing offers

  • Train others

  • Build educational products

  • Develop sales courses, DM programs, or coaching frameworks

is strictly prohibited, even if modified, paraphrased, or restructured.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of these terms will result in:

  • Immediate termination of course and community access

  • No refunds

  • Possible legal action to protect intellectual property and recover damages

Access to this course is a privilege granted under these conditions and may be revoked at any time if misuse is identified.
