Digital Product
This is a digital product delivered electronically. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to the materials, and therefore waive any rights to traditional return policies applicable to physical goods.
Refund Policy
This only applies to The Complete Theme Page Playbook. All other sales are final due to the immediate access and digital nature. I want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you determine that The Complete Theme Page Playbook isn't the right fit for you, you may request a refund.
This refund policy is designed to give you an opportunity to try the program while also protecting the digital materials included with your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must make a genuine effort to implement the training by completing the following:
Review the core training materials included in the Playbook.
Create an Instagram page in a niche of your choice.
Follow the setup and growth strategies outlined in the included 2-Week Plan. Missing a few days will not automatically make you ineligible, but 10 of the 14 days should be adhered to (e.g., at least 10 posts on different days are made and 400 accounts followed).
Contact support within 14 days of your purchase with your Instagram username and an explanation of the steps you completed.
Refunds are not provided for:
Changing your mind without attempting to implement the program for at least 10 days.
Not having enough time to implement the program.
Not following the recommended steps in the 2-Week Plan consistently.
Failing to complete the refund eligibility requirements above.
Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
Because this is a digital product with instantly accessible content, refunds are intended for customers who have genuinely attempted to implement the material but determine that the program is not the right fit for them.
Refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to gain access to the digital materials without genuinely participating in the program may be denied. All refund requests are reviewed individually, and eligibility is determined based on the requirements outlined above.
If a refund is approved, your access to all digital products included with your purchase will be revoked. Any licenses included with your purchase, including Master Resell Rights or other resale permissions, are immediately terminated upon refund. The materials may no longer be used, shared, distributed, resold, or otherwise made available after a refund has been issued.
Intellectual Property
All materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use and any rights specifically included within the product, such as authorized resell rights.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not:
Share, reproduce, or distribute the materials.
Claim ownership of the original content.
Resell or transfer the product beyond the rights granted.
Violation of these terms may result in revoked access and legal action where appropriate.
Support Policy
I am happy to provide reasonable support for questions related to the products and materials provided.
While I do my best to respond as quickly as possible, I receive a high volume of messages and cannot guarantee immediate responses. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for a reply.
Support is provided at my discretion and is intended to help clarify the materials included in your purchase. It does not include one-on-one business coaching, custom marketing strategies, account management, or done-for-you services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product, including loss of income, business opportunities, platform changes, or account performance.
Use of this product is entirely at your own risk.
