TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Quiet Money Method & Associated Digital Products
By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, software, AI system, training, or materials provided by Quiet Money Method (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “Client,” or “Purchaser”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not complete the purchase or access the materials.
1. NO REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)
All Quiet Money Method products are digital products, including but not limited to proprietary software, automated trading bots, AI-assisted systems, educational materials, and community access.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind
Lack of motivation or effort
Feeling overwhelmed
Partial or full completion of the system
Attempting to retain access while disputing payment
Because access to proprietary digital software and AI systems is granted immediately, these products cannot be returned, and no exceptions will be made.
2. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes after gaining access.
Any chargeback or dispute may be treated as:
The Company reserves the right to terminate access immediately and submit documentation to dispute the chargeback and pursue additional remedies where applicable.
3. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Quiet Money Method software, AI tools, and materials for personal use only.
You may not:
Share access
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or extract software
Claim ownership of any part of the system
All intellectual property remains the sole property of the Company.
4. RESELLING, AFFILIATE PROGRAM & STRICT PROHIBITIONS
The ONLY permitted method of reselling Quiet Money Method products is through the Company’s official 80% affiliate program.
This is the sole and exclusive authorization granted to resell the product.
You may NOT:
Resell the bot, AI software, or system independently
Extract or separate components for resale
Repackage, white-label, or rebrand any materials
Sell access to group content, training, or tools
Claim 100% ownership or profits from Company-developed software
Any resale outside of the official affiliate program is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement and theft of proprietary software.
Violations will result in:
Immediate termination of access without refund
Permanent removal from all platforms
Disqualification from the affiliate program
Potential legal action
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT & ANTI-SCAM POLICY
All Quiet Money Method software, AI systems, bots, training, content, and materials are copyrighted and legally protected intellectual property.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Stealing, duplicating, or redistributing any part of the system
Using the software or materials to mislead or scam others
Selling false promises or unauthorized offers
Impersonating the Company or its representatives
Using the system in a deceptive, unethical, or illegal manner
If any product, software, or material is:
The Company reserves the right to pursue immediate legal action, including civil claims, injunctive relief, and damages.
6. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
The Company may immediately terminate access without notice or refund if you:
Violate these Terms
Attempt unauthorized resale
Engage in fraudulent activity
Misuse the software, AI systems, or community
Termination does not waive any legal rights or remedies.
7. EDUCATIONAL USE & NO GUARANTEES
This is an educational system leveraging AI and proprietary tools. It is not a get-rich-quick program. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, learning, and application.
This program is not intended for individuals unwilling to learn or follow instructions.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing or accessing Quiet Money Method products, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood these Terms
Agree to be legally bound by them
Accept the no-refund policy
Understand that the affiliate program is the only resale method permitted
