House Eleven is an educational program. Purchasing House Eleven does not constitute employment, a job offer, or a guarantee of a business, income, sales, or financial results.

2. DIGITAL ACCESS & DELIVERY

House Eleven is delivered digitally.

Following successful purchase, you will receive information regarding access to House Eleven and/or its associated community, classroom, resources, and materials.

Because House Eleven contains digital content that may become accessible shortly after purchase, delivery of the digital Program begins once access instructions, credentials, links, or Program materials are made available to you.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate email address at checkout

  • Maintaining access to that email address

  • Creating any necessary third-party accounts

  • Maintaining compatible internet access and technology

  • Following the access instructions provided to you

House Eleven is not responsible for a customer's inability to access the Program resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer or failure to follow provided access instructions, although reasonable efforts may be made to assist with legitimate access issues.

3. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES OF HOUSE ELEVEN ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND OR CANCELLATION RIGHT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Because House Eleven is a digital educational product containing proprietary materials and access may be provided shortly after purchase, refunds are not ordinarily provided after purchase.

This includes refund requests based on:

  • Failure to complete the Program

  • Failure to implement the training

  • Failure to attend live calls

  • Failure to participate in the community

Purchasing House Eleven gives you access to education, resources, tools, and community—not guaranteed financial results.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

4. NO INCOME OR RESULTS GUARANTEE

  • Brand partnerships

  • Affiliate commissions

  • Acceptance into third-party programs

  • Business growth

  • Financial independence

  • Any particular business or financial result

Results vary significantly from person to person.

Your results may depend on numerous factors, including your effort, implementation, consistency, skills, experience, audience, offers, pricing, market conditions, platform changes, business decisions, and circumstances outside House Eleven's control.

You should not purchase House Eleven with the expectation that purchasing the Program alone will generate income.

5. EARNINGS CLAIMS, TESTIMONIALS & SUCCESS STORIES

From time to time, House Eleven may share personal experiences, revenue figures, testimonials, case studies, wins, or results of Samantha Cucarese, contributors, affiliates, or members.

These examples represent the experiences of particular individuals.

They are not guarantees, promises, or representations that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Individual experiences and results vary.

House Eleven does not authorize affiliates, contributors, members, or representatives to make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsupported claims regarding expected earnings or results.

Affiliates and other individuals promoting House Eleven are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, and consumer-protection requirements.

6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By participating in House Eleven, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, business, and results.

House Eleven teaches skills and provides educational information. We do not build or operate your business for you and cannot control what you do with the information provided.

You are responsible for determining whether a strategy, platform, opportunity, product, service, or business model is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

House Eleven does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or financial advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when professional advice is necessary.

7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, PROGRAMS & OPPORTUNITIES

House Eleven may teach or discuss methods involving companies, programs, tools, or platforms that Youngfluence LLC does not own or control.

These may include social media platforms, storefront providers, affiliate networks, Amazon, ShopMy, LTK, brands, UGC opportunities, AI platforms, payment processors, marketplaces, and other third-party services.

Third parties may change their:

  • Rules

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Fees

  • Commission structures

  • Algorithms

  • Features

  • Terms

  • Approval processes

  • Availability

  • Programs

  • Payout structures

at any time.

House Eleven cannot guarantee that any particular third-party opportunity, program, platform, strategy, feature, or income method will remain available.

Purchasing House Eleven does not guarantee that you will be accepted into any third-party program or opportunity.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the current terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and applicable rules of any third-party platform or service you choose to use.

8. ONE PURCHASE = ONE MEMBER

Unless Youngfluence LLC expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, each House Eleven purchase is for one individual only.

You may not share your:

  • Skool access

  • Classroom access

  • Videos

  • Training materials

  • Downloadable resources

  • Call recordings

  • Templates

  • Private community content

with another person.

This includes friends, family members, spouses, business partners, employees, clients, team members, or anyone else who has not independently obtained authorized access.

House Eleven access is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, shared, or assigned to another individual.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, original House Eleven materials are owned by Youngfluence LLC and/or the applicable content owner and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use House Eleven materials for their intended educational purpose.

You may not, without express written permission:

  • Copy House Eleven materials

  • Record trainings

  • Screen-record calls or lessons

  • Reproduce materials

  • Upload materials elsewhere

  • Distribute resources

  • Share downloads

  • Republish trainings

  • Sell House Eleven materials as your own

  • Create unauthorized copies

  • Give Program access to non-purchasers

  • Commercially redistribute House Eleven materials

Purchasing House Eleven does not transfer ownership of House Eleven intellectual property to you.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, reproduction, or redistribution may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law, and may result in further action where appropriate.

10. HOUSE ELEVEN AFFILIATE / RESELLER OPPORTUNITY

Eligible House Eleven members may have the opportunity to promote House Eleven through an approved affiliate or reseller arrangement.

Participation in the House Eleven affiliate opportunity is completely optional.

Purchasing House Eleven does not require you to become an affiliate and does not guarantee that you will generate affiliate sales, commissions, leads, or income.

Affiliate participation does not transfer ownership of House Eleven, its curriculum, intellectual property, branding, community, trainings, or proprietary materials.

Affiliates may promote House Eleven only in accordance with the current House Eleven Affiliate Terms & Conditionsand applicable promotional guidelines.

Affiliates may not:

  • Guarantee income or earnings

  • Guarantee sales or commissions

  • Make false or misleading claims

  • Make unsupported earnings claims

  • Misrepresent House Eleven

  • Claim to own or have created House Eleven

  • Misrepresent their relationship with House Eleven

  • Use House Eleven intellectual property outside authorized purposes

  • Violate applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, or consumer-protection requirements

Affiliate commissions are earned only on valid, qualifying sales.

If a transaction attributed to an affiliate is later refunded, reversed, disputed, determined to be fraudulent, or successfully charged back, the commission associated with that transaction may be reversed.

If the applicable commission has not yet been paid, it may be canceled or deducted before payout.

If the applicable affiliate commission has already been paid and the underlying customer transaction is later successfully charged back, refunded, reversed, or otherwise returned, the affiliate is required to repay the applicable commission received on that transaction to Youngfluence LLC, subject to applicable law and the House Eleven Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

Where permitted, amounts properly owed may also be offset against future affiliate commissions.

For clarity, this repayment obligation concerns the affiliate commission attributable to the affected transaction, not automatically the customer's entire purchase price.

Additional rules governing commissions, tracking, refunds, chargebacks, promotional practices, disclosures, termination, and other affiliate matters are contained in the separate House Eleven Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

11. LIVE CALLS & RECORDINGS

House Eleven may include live calls, workshops, trainings, audits, Build With Me sessions, Q&As, guest sessions, or other live events.

Certain sessions may be recorded and made available to House Eleven members.

When a session is being recorded, participants will be notified as appropriate.

By voluntarily participating through your camera, microphone, screen sharing, chat, or submission of work during a recorded session, you understand that your participation may appear within the member recording, subject to applicable law and any additional consent requirements presented for that session.

House Eleven will not rely solely on this provision as authorization to use your image, likeness, testimonial, story, or results in public advertising where separate authorization is required or appropriate.

12. SHOW ME YOUR WORK, AUDITS & MEMBER SUBMISSIONS

House Eleven may provide opportunities for members to submit content, storefronts, products, posts, marketing materials, questions, or other work for educational feedback.

Participation is voluntary.

Feedback represents educational opinions and suggestions and does not guarantee that implementing the feedback will produce any particular result.

You remain responsible for the content, products, marketing, claims, and business decisions you publish or implement.

Submitting work for feedback does not transfer ownership of your original work to Youngfluence LLC.

13. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

  • Discrimination

  • Threats

14. CONTRIBUTORS, GUEST EXPERTS & INSTRUCTORS

House Eleven may include education from independent contributors, contractors, instructors, guest experts, or other creators.

Contributors and instructors may change over time.

Purchasing House Eleven because a particular contributor, instructor, module, training, or guest is currently included does not guarantee that the person or content will remain part of House Eleven indefinitely.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, contributors are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of Youngfluence LLC merely because their educational content appears inside House Eleven.

15. PROGRAM CHANGES & EVOLVING CONTENT

House Eleven is designed to evolve.

Rooms, trainings, lessons, resources, instructors, contributors, challenges, calls, platforms taught, community features, and other Program components may be:

  • Added

  • Updated

  • Reorganized

  • Replaced

  • Expanded

  • Removed

  • Discontinued

as House Eleven develops.

Purchase does not guarantee that every individual feature, training, contributor, call, resource, platform, or income method available on the date of purchase will remain available permanently.

16. LIFETIME ACCESS

Your purchase of House Eleven includes lifetime access to the House Eleven Program.

For purposes of these Terms, ā€œlifetime accessā€ means access for the commercial life of House Eleven for as long as the Program continues to be owned, operated, and made available by Youngfluence LLC.

Lifetime access does not mean that every individual training, instructor, contributor, live call, platform, feature, resource, module, community feature, or income method available on the date of purchase will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.

House Eleven is an evolving educational Program. Content may be updated, replaced, reorganized, expanded, or removed as the Program develops.

Lifetime access is personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, shared, or assigned to another individual.

Lifetime access is also subject to compliance with these Terms.

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of House Eleven materials, account sharing, fraudulent activity, failure to complete required payments, or serious or repeated violations of House Eleven community standards.

If House Eleven is permanently discontinued by Youngfluence LLC, lifetime access will end when the Program is no longer commercially operated or made available, subject to applicable law.

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in House Eleven.

By purchasing House Eleven, you represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

18. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS

You agree to pay the price displayed and agreed to at checkout.

If House Eleven offers a payment plan and you select that option, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the terms presented at checkout.

A payment plan is a method of paying the total purchase price. It is not a month-to-month membership or subscription that may be canceled simply because you stop participating in or using House Eleven, unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of Program access, subject to applicable law and applicable payment-provider requirements.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact House Eleven support so the issue can be reviewed.

19. TECHNICAL ISSUES

House Eleven relies on internet services and third-party technology.

Youngfluence LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of Skool, Stan, Beacons, payment processors, social media platforms, internet services, or other third-party systems.

Temporary technical interruptions or outages outside Youngfluence LLC's reasonable control do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

Reasonable efforts will be made to address legitimate technical issues within our control.

20. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP OR ADVICE

Participation in House Eleven does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial adviser-client, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship between you and Youngfluence LLC, Samantha Cucarese, or House Eleven contributors.

Information provided inside House Eleven is educational and informational in nature and should not be treated as individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or financial advice.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Youngfluence LLC, House Eleven, Samantha Cucarese, and their contractors, contributors, instructors, or representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your participation in House Eleven or use of its educational information.

You acknowledge that entrepreneurship, marketing, content creation, affiliate marketing, and other income-generating activities involve uncertainty and risk.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, and business activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Youngfluence LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to:

  • Unauthorized sharing of Program materials

  • Intellectual-property violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Harassment or serious community violations

  • Account sharing

  • Material or repeated violations of these Terms

  • Material violations of applicable House Eleven Affiliate Terms

  • Failure to make required payments

Where permitted by applicable law, termination resulting from the purchaser's material violation of these Terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Youngfluence LLC may update these Terms & Conditions as House Eleven evolves or as reasonably necessary to address changes in the Program, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.

Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

The Effective Date displayed at the top of these Terms identifies the current version.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law or consumer-protection requirements provide otherwise.

25. SEVERABILITY
