Prime To Profits – Amending and Carryforward Agreement

Between:
Brandon Rewa (“Reseller”)
and
Customer (“Customer”)

Effective Date: October 7th, 2025

AMENDING AND CARRYFORWARD AGREEMENT

This Amending and Carryforward Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all purchases of the Prime To Profits Program (“Program”) and binds both the Reseller and the Customer.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes all references to any prior Master Resell Rights agreements and instead applies solely to the Prime To Profits Program, its content, and its proprietary materials.

1. Incorporation of Terms

The Reseller has purchased and is authorized to resell access to Prime To Profits and wishes to provide such access to Customers under this Agreement.

All prior terminology referencing “Master Resell Rights,” “MRR,” or any associated entities is hereby replaced with references to Prime To Profits and Reseller.

All terms governing the sale and access to the Program shall be carried forward and applied to the Reseller’s relationship with its Customers.

2. Customer Access and Use of Program

Upon purchase, Customer receives immediate digital access to the Prime To Profits Program, including but not limited to:

  • Lesson materials

  • Digital resources

  • Community access

  • Training content

  • Tools, templates, and videos

Customer acknowledges that they are purchasing digital business education, and all materials are for personal business use only.

This Agreement does not provide Master Resell Rights, PLR, or licensing rights of any kind.
Customer may not resell, redistribute, duplicate, or transfer the Program or any part of its content.

3. No Refund Policy (Legally Enforceable)

By purchasing and accessing the Program, Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted.

  • Access to the Program is delivered immediately upon purchase.

  • Because this is a digital product with instant delivery, Customer waives their right to dispute, reverse, or charge back the transaction for any reason.

  • Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy prior to completing checkout.

4. Amendment and Carryforward of Terms

Reseller hereby amends and carries forward all Program terms, disclaimers, and usage policies to apply directly between Reseller and Customer.

By accessing the Program, Customer agrees to be bound by these carried-forward terms, including:

  • Digital access rules

  • Usage limitations

  • Intellectual property protections

  • No-refund policy

  • Community guidelines

  • Any additional policies published by the Reseller

5. Acknowledgment

By completing the purchase, Customer acknowledges that:

  • They have read this Agreement in full.

  • They understand the digital nature of the product.

  • They voluntarily agree to all terms contained herein.

  • They understand that Prime To Profits does not include Master Resell Rights and cannot be resold.
