Change Champion Network Plan Template (Word)

You can't be in every meeting, on every floor, in every time zone. Your champions can. This template builds a champion network that actually does something — not just a list of names in a spreadsheet.

✅ WHAT'S INSIDE

• What champions do (and don't do) — set expectations from day one

• Network design with a coverage map and selection criteria

• Champion roster + a real Champion Agreement

• Engagement cadence, activities by change phase, and a recognition plan

💡 PERFECT FOR changes touching multiple teams, sites, or shifts where you need eyes and ears everywhere.

🔗 WANT ALL 24? This is 1 of 24 templates in The Complete OCM Templates Vault — every stage of change from impact to adoption, just $37 (vs. $48 buying separately).
