Fill out the intake form. A few short questions about the problem, what you have already tried, and who has to say yes for anything to change. This is what makes one hour enough — I arrive already up to speed.
We meet for sixty minutes. Recorded, so you are not taking notes.

Then I will tell you that in the session, and we will spend the time scoping what it actually needs. You will still leave with a plan.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes — up to two people from the same organization at no extra cost.
Do you sign NDAs?

What if I need to reschedule?
No problem with 24 hours' notice.
Can my company pay for this?
Most people book with a personal or corporate card and expense it — you'll get an itemized receipt at checkout with everything a reimbursement form needs. If your organization requires a formal invoice or purchase order before payment, email me first and we'll sort it out.
What if I have never worked with a consultant before?
Then the intake form does the hard part for you. Answer it honestly and turn up. That is all this needs.
