I get asked what I’m wearing almost as much as what I’m cooking.
For a long time, I’d answer and move on. Then one morning I stood in front of my wardrobe — full wardrobe, nothing to wear — with a chair in the corner holding the inevitable doom pile of pieces that hadn’t quite worked.
That was the morning I decided to actually do the work.
The Edit is 41 pieces. 16 complete looks. My actual wardrobe for the next ten weeks. Already considered, styled and decided.
These are pieces that work hard and earn their place. Chic without trying too hard. Polished without feeling precious. The kind of dressing that works for the school gate, a day at work, dinner with friends or an ordinary Tuesday.
Because I’ve realised that a good wardrobe should make life easier, not give you another decision to make.
So rather than buying more, I’ve curated a wardrobe that works together — pieces you can wear on repeat, style in different ways and feel good in.
This is the edit I wish someone had handed me.
So I made it myself — and now I’m sharing it with you.
