You've been hearing about AI for two years and quietly wondering if you're the last person who hasn't figured it out. You're not. Come sit in a room with me and I'll lay the whole thing out, slowly and in plain English, with real time at the end for your questions.

How to actually talk to it, so it gives you what you meant instead of a paragraph of nothing useful.

What Cowork is, and how it connects to the tools you already use.

What an agent and a skill really are, explained without jargon, then built live in front of you.

Ten practical ways to put AI to work this week, at work and at home.

I'm capping this at twelve people so the last stretch can be a real conversation, not three rushed questions.

WHAT TO BRING

Something to take notes with. A laptop if you'd like to follow along, though you truly don't need one. And the question you've been too unsure to ask anyone.
