One-on-One with Alessandro

$300

You're not buying an hour of my time. You're buying the plan I build before we ever talk.

Send me your problems by email. I study them. I build your plan. Then we get on a call with the work already done.

Let me tell you what's wrong with almost every consulting call you've ever paid for.

You pay. You get a calendar link. You show up. And then you spend the first twenty-five minutes explaining your business to a stranger who is hearing about it for the first time in his life.

By the time he finally understands what you actually sell and who you actually sell it to, you have half an hour left. He gives you three ideas that could have come from any blog post. You hang up. Two days later you can't remember which one you were supposed to do first.

You didn't buy help. You bought a conversation.

I've been on both sides of that call, as the buyer and as the guy on the other end. So I don't run mine that way.

Here is exactly how this works

1. You book your slot. Immediately after checkout you get an email from me. No automated sequence, no upsell. Just me, and five short questions.

2. You write back and tell me what's broken. This is the important part. Tell me what you're actually stuck on — the product that won't sell, the funnel that leaks, the list that won't open, the launch that flopped, the price you can't decide on, the offer that gets clicks and no buyers.

Send me everything. Your sales page. Your last launch numbers. Your email open rates. Screenshots. Links. A voice note if typing annoys you. There is no such thing as too much context here — every extra detail you send is another minute of the call that doesn't get wasted on background.

3. I go away and do the work. Before we ever speak, I sit down with your material and build you a plan.

Not "notes." Not bullet points I scribble while you're talking. A written plan: what I would fix, in what order, what I would cut entirely, what I would test first, what I would leave completely alone, and what I would do in the next seven days if this were my business.

This usually takes me a few hours. That's the part you're really paying for.

4. We get on the call — and the plan is already on the screen. We don't spend our hour discovering your problem. We spend it pressure-testing the solution. You push back. You ask me the awkward questions. You tell me the constraints I couldn't have guessed. I adjust the plan live while you watch.

5. You keep everything. The written plan is yours, updated with whatever we changed during the call. You walk away with something you can act on Monday morning, not a fuzzy memory of a nice chat.

Why me, and not somebody with a bigger photo on his website

I started selling digital products in 2008.

Eighteen years. Almost all of it to the US market — from a small town in northern Italy, which means I never had a local network to lean on, never had a warm room to sell to, and never had anybody hand me an audience. Every single sale had to be earned by the offer itself.

In that time I've built and launched prompt packs, ebooks, software tools, printable collections, coloring book systems, and memberships. I've run launches on WarriorPlus more times than I can count, done JV launches with partners, built and burned and rebuilt email lists, and written every sales page myself.

I've also had ideas die in public. More than a few.

That part matters more than the wins. I know what a launch looks like three days before it goes cold. I can usually tell you why a page isn't converting from the page alone. I know which "proven" tactics stopped working in 2019 and which ones have quietly worked the same way for fifteen years.

I'm not a coach who read about this market. I still ship products in it, every month, right now, in the same conditions you're in.

What we can put on the table

  • Offers that won't convert — why the page isn't selling, and what to change first

  • Product selection — whether the thing you're about to spend six weeks building is worth building

  • Launch strategy — funnel structure, front-end pricing, upsell sequencing, timing

  • Email — sequences, subject lines, why your list stopped responding

  • Affiliate and JV recruiting — how to get partners to actually mail for you

  • Traffic — where yours should realistically come from at your stage

  • Scaling — what to build next once something finally works

  • The blunt one — whether the business model you're chasing is worth chasing at all

Who this is not for

  • Somebody who wants me to do the work. You're getting a plan and a strategist, not a freelancer.

  • Somebody with no product, no idea, and no starting point, hoping I'll hand over a business.

  • Somebody who won't send the pre-call email. Without your material I have nothing to prepare, and this becomes exactly the generic call I just spent a page criticizing. If you're not going to send it, please don't book.

What it costs

$300 for One Session

That's the full session: my preparation time, the written plan, the [60] minutes with me, and the updated plan afterwards.

For comparison: one wrong product decision costs most people six weeks and a few hundred dollars in tools, ads, and design. One badly priced front-end costs you the entire launch. I'm not going to insult you with a fake value stack — you've been around long enough to do your own math on that.

My promise to you before you book

Here's the deal I can actually keep.

Send me your material. If I read it and conclude I'm not the right person to help you — wrong market, wrong stage, problem outside what I know — I'll tell you straight, refund you in full, and we never book the call. I'd rather give the money back than take it for an hour of polite guessing.

What I won't promise is a specific result, because I don't control what you do after we hang up. Anybody promising you a number on a consulting call is selling you something else.

Book your session

Slots are limited by arithmetic, not marketing: preparing one of these properly takes me most of a working day, so I can only take a small number each month. When this month's are gone, the button goes away until the next one.

If you've got a question before booking, email me at, and I'll answer it personally.
