The Bit I Need You to Know:

I want your membership to feel easy & fair, so here's exactly how it works:

Getting you started: Before your first appointment you’ll need to make 3 monthly payments upfront. Fancy starting sooner? Just pay the difference & I'll get you booked straight in.

What your plan covers: Your membership is for your 3 areas plus one complimentary add-on area. Any additional areas (outside of bunny lines, lip flip, gummy smile or jelly roll) or adjustments would be charged separately & I'll always talk you through it first.

Your monthly payment: £65 a month by direct debit. If a payment doesn't go through, I will need to pop your membership on hold until it's sorted.

Booking & changes: I hold every slot and the product is prescribed just for you, so I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule where possible. Less than that & the session will be lost & classed as used & rescheduling within 24 hours carries a £20 fee. Your membership is personal to you & can't be passed to anyone else.

Your schedule: You'll be seen roughly every 4 months. It is your responsibility to book your sessions through our booking system under the memberships category. Miss or skip a session & it rolls to the next one, I'm not able to backdate and this could affect your results.

Making sure it's right for you: I'll do a quick suitability check each visit, & I'll never rush it if it's not the right day & because anti-wrinkle is a prescription treatment, you'll always be required to have a face to face consultation prior. Your safety comes first, every time.
