By browsing, purchasing, or engaging with any content, you acknowledge that these Terms supersede any prior communications or agreements between you and Aligned Solutions & Co. (the “Company”).
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, training resources, videos, templates, digital downloads, frameworks, and branding elements available on this Site (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Aligned Solutions & Co. and/or its authorized partners.
This includes all proprietary visuals, frameworks, processes, written materials, and design assets.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use purchased materials solely for personal or internal business use.
No Content may be copied, redistributed, sold, shared, uploaded, or repurposed without express written permission from the Company. Violation of this clause may result in legal action, including damages.

All trade names, trademarks, brand visuals, and intellectual property (including “Aligned Solutions & Co.”, “Graceful Exits™”, “Mini HR & Ops Sprint™”, “Experience360™”, “Audit360™”, and related frameworks) are the property of the Company.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final.
This includes templates, trainings, digital downloads, workshops, and strategy calls.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access or materials have been delivered.
If a technical issue prevents product access, please email info@aligned-solutions.co, and our team will ensure replacement access or resolution within 48 business hours.
5. STRATEGY CALLS & BOOKINGS
If your purchase includes a call or live Sprint session:
All calls must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment by emailing info@aligned-solutions.co with the subject line “CALL CANCELLATION – [Date & Time]”.
Missed or late cancellations result in forfeiture of the session with no refund.
6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
All services and resources are intended for educational, strategic, and operational development purposes only.
The Company does not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes.
Your progress depends on your own effort, decisions, implementation, and circumstances.
Aligned Solutions & Co. provides frameworks, strategy, and guidance to empower decision-making — not to replace it.
7. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We value your trust. Personal and business information shared through intake forms, strategy calls, or client hubs will remain confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All content and services provided by the Company are offered “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Aligned Solutions & Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site, participation in services, or implementation of advice.
The Company is not responsible for third-party platforms (e.g., Stan Store, Flodesk, Bonsai, Canva, Notion, Stripe) used to deliver or process your experience. Issues related to those services should be directed to their respective providers.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and provide a valid payment method.
All sales are final. Prices may change at any time, and the Company does not offer price adjustments for past purchases or promotions.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aligned Solutions & Co., its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of purchased materials.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico or Orange County, Florida, as determined by the Company.
12. UPDATES
Aligned Solutions & Co. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Site following such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
