HARMONY Method Webinar Terms of Use
Terms for purchase and access to the self paced educational webinar
Important: This document is a working draft for review by an Arizona attorney. Complete every highlighted field before publishing.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing or accessing the HARMONY Method webinar. By purchasing, accessing, or using the webinar or related materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the webinar.
1 Company and scope
These Terms of Use are between you and Allure Avenue Aesthetics, referred to as the Company. They apply to the HARMONY Method webinar, its modules, videos, patient case reviews, slides, downloads, handouts, and related educational materials, collectively the Course, offered through https://stan.store/allureavenueaesthetics or another platform used by the Company.
2 Eligibility and professional responsibility
The Course is intended solely for healthcare professionals who are appropriately licensed or otherwise legally authorized to provide aesthetic medical services in their jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming that your education, licensure, scope of practice, supervision, facility, protocols, and insurance permit you to perform any procedure discussed in the Course.
The Company may request reasonable verification of professional credentials and may deny or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
3 Educational purpose and clinical disclaimer
The Course is provided for general professional education only. It does not provide individualized medical, legal, regulatory, or business advice and does not establish a clinician patient, supervisory, consulting, or employment relationship between you and the Company or instructor.
Completion does not confer licensure, certification, credentialing, competency, authorization to practice, or continuing education credit unless the Company expressly states otherwise in writing. Watching a demonstration is not a substitute for hands on training, supervised practice, clinical judgment, or competency assessment.
You remain responsible for independently evaluating each patient, obtaining informed consent, using products and devices consistently with applicable law and manufacturer labeling or instructions, recognizing contraindications, preparing for complications, and following all applicable professional standards. Clinical outcomes vary, and the Company does not guarantee any particular result.
4 Patient cases and demonstrations
The Course may include actual patient cases and describe the assessment, products, techniques, treatment sequence, and clinical reasoning used by the instructor. These examples reflect individual circumstances and are not instructions to reproduce the same treatment in another patient. Patient materials are presented for educational purposes with appropriate authorization or de identification where applicable.
5 Limited license and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants the purchaser a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and view the Course for the purchaser's own professional education.
One purchase is for one user. You may not share login credentials, permit group viewing, record the Course, copy or download content unless a download is expressly provided, reproduce materials, distribute files, post Course content online, teach from the materials, sell or sublicense access, or use the Course to train other people without the Company's prior written permission.
6 Intellectual property
The Course and all associated videos, audio, slides, graphics, photographs, patient case presentations, documents, text, course structure, and branding are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. HARMONY Method and related names or branding may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement without prior written permission.
7 Access and technology
Course access begins after successful payment and delivery of access instructions. Access will remain available for lifetime access, subject to these Terms and continued availability of the hosting platform. You are responsible for compatible equipment, software, and internet access.
The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. If a verified technical problem attributable to the Company prevents access for an unreasonable period, the Company may restore access, provide a replacement method of delivery, or issue a refund at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
8 Payment and refund policy
Payment is due at purchase through the payment options shown at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases, and the Company does not provide price protection or partial refunds because of a later discount or promotion.
Because the Course is a digital product with access delivered after purchase, all sales are final and refunds are not offered for change of mind, failure to complete the Course, dissatisfaction with personal results, or failure to verify professional eligibility. This policy does not limit any refund or remedy required by applicable law. Duplicate charges or verified failures to deliver access should be reported promptly to the contact listed below.
9 Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and the policies of the hosting and payment providers used to deliver the Course. Transactional emails concerning purchase, access, security, support, or changes to the Course may be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law, and recipients may unsubscribe from promotional emails.
10 Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Course is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Course will meet every learner's needs, be uninterrupted or error free, or produce any specific clinical, professional, or financial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, access, use, or inability to use the Course. The Company's total liability arising from the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
12 Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from third party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unauthorized use or distribution of Course content, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law or another person's rights, or independent clinical services. This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
13 Suspension or termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes you shared access, copied or distributed content, misrepresented eligibility, violated intellectual property rights, engaged in unlawful conduct related to the Course, or materially breached these Terms. Termination for breach does not require a refund except where required by law.
14 Third party services
The Course may rely on Stan, payment processors, video hosts, email providers, or other third party services. Those providers may impose their own terms and privacy practices. The Company is not responsible for an interruption or malfunction caused solely by a third party, but will use reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues related to the Course.
15 Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
16 Changes to these terms
The Company may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The terms presented at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law, protects the security or integrity of the Course, or is accepted by you.
