By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:
You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or other materials made available on the Site by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Luca-Marie Wildner, trading as “Aloha by Luci” (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers.
You agree that such Company Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice, sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, text, course materials, worksheets, templates, PDFs, and all other materials included in the Site, excluding only the materials you provide.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

⚖️ DIGITAL PRODUCTS + REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, access is granted electronically after purchase and once the order has been processed.
By purchasing, you agree that the contract for digital content begins immediately after purchase and that access to the content will be provided after successful processing and approval of the order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Compliance)
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once:
the customer expressly agrees that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and
the customer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of access to the digital content.
This consent is obtained during checkout.
Refund Policy
The Company offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
The purpose of the 30-day money-back guarantee is to allow customers to review the course after access has been granted. If, after receiving access to the course, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Upon receipt of your request, the purchase price paid will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies to purchases made directly through the Company or its official sales platforms.
This voluntary guarantee does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable German or European Union law.
The customer agrees to pay the purchase price indicated at the time of ordering. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices for future transactions at its discretion. Completed purchases remain unaffected by any price changes.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before access is granted, your sole remedy is a refund.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
If your purchase includes calls or coaching sessions, you are responsible for scheduling them.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, while respecting mandatory consumer protection laws of the European Union.
