By purchasing or downloading any digital notes or enrolling in any Zoom webinar classes from https://stan.store/alyteachessci, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of the content provided and are legally binding. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the resources, we are unable to process cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been accessed or delivered.
2. Personal Use License
All digital notes are sold under a personal use license. The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Personal Use Only: The digital notes are intended for individual study and educational enrichment. Redistribution, commercial use, or sharing is strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate license.
No Reproduction Without Permission: Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced in any form—whether in part or in whole—without prior written consent from the creator, Alyteachesscience. This includes printing, sharing electronically, or reproducing for any purpose beyond personal use.
3. Institutional Use Prohibited Without License
Schools, tuition centres, and organisations are not permitted to use, distribute, or reproduce the notes for students, staff, or members without an institutional license.
Mass Distribution Prohibited: Purchasing a single copy does not permit distribution to students, staff, or other third parties via digital platforms, email, or physical printing.
Classroom or School Use: Institutions must obtain a separate license if the materials are to be used in a teaching capacity or distributed to multiple users.
4. Institutional License Options
Educational institutions wishing to use the notes in a classroom or organisational setting may contact alyssa@alyteachesscience.com to purchase an institutional license.
The license may include:
Access for a set number of students or users
Permission to print specified quantities for classroom use
Digital access within a defined platform or learning management system
Unlicensed institutional use is prohibited and may result in suspension of access and legal action.
5. Digital Rights Management (DRM)
To protect creator rights, Alyteachesscience may implement DRM technologies, including:

The materials must not be resold, transferred, or shared via social media, messaging platforms, digital classrooms, or any other means.
Unauthorised sharing or resale will result in legal consequences.

10. Zoom Class Terms
By signing up for any Zoom classes conducted by Alyteachesscience, you agree to the following:
One Device Per Registration: Each class registration permits access via one device only, unless otherwise stated.
No Recordings: Recording, sharing, or redistributing the Zoom session is strictly prohibited.
No Transfers: Class access is non-transferable. If the registered student is unable to attend, no replacements or substitutions are allowed without prior approval.
Punctuality: Please log in on time. Late arrivals may miss key content, and no time extensions will be provided.
