1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Amanda Rupley LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering for, purchasing, accessing, or participating in any webinar, online course, training, workshop, digital product, or educational program offered by Amanda Rupley LLC (collectively, “Programs”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or participate in our Programs.
2. Educational Purposes Only
All Programs and materials provided by Amanda Rupley LLC are intended for general educational and informational purposes only.
While we strive to provide accurate, relevant, and practical information, we do not guarantee any specific business results, financial outcomes, increased income, lead generation, or professional success.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your individual circumstances, experience, implementation, effort, and market conditions.
Any examples, strategies, tools, or recommendations shared during our Programs are provided for educational purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Participants are responsible for evaluating and implementing the information in accordance with applicable laws, professional requirements, brokerage policies, and industry regulations.
3. Registration and Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise expressly stated.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Amanda Rupley LLC does not directly store your complete credit card information.
By completing your purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the stated purchase amount.
Access to paid Programs may be withheld until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.
Because webinar registrations reserve access to educational content and may include digital materials, refunds are generally not provided for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend.
If Amanda Rupley LLC cancels a paid webinar without providing a replacement session or equivalent access, registered participants will receive a refund of the amount paid.
If a webinar must be rescheduled, participants will be notified using the email address provided during registration and given information about the revised schedule.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Webinar Access and Participation
Upon successful registration, participants will receive access instructions through the email address provided during checkout.
Participants are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining the technology, internet connection, and software necessary to attend.
Access links are intended solely for the registered purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed without prior written authorization.
Amanda Rupley LLC reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct during a Program.
6. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All webinar presentations, training materials, workbooks, worksheets, templates, recordings, graphics, videos, written content, and other educational resources provided by Amanda Rupley LLC are owned by the Company or used with appropriate authorization.
Purchasing a Program grants the registered participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their own educational and professional development.
Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, share, or commercially exploit any Program content without prior written permission.
Participation does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Recording and Replay Availability
Webinars may be recorded for educational, operational, or future training purposes.
If a replay is included with a purchase, its availability and access period will be communicated in the applicable Program description or registration materials.
Unless expressly stated, the purchase of a live webinar does not guarantee lifetime access to a recording or future course updates.
Participants will be notified when a webinar is being recorded. Participation in any recorded session is subject to the recording disclosures provided at registration or during the session.
8. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
Programs may be delivered through Zoom or other third-party platforms.
Although Amanda Rupley LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable learning experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical difficulties.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant's internet service, device, software, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant technical issue attributable to our delivery prevents access to a paid Program, we will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement access, reschedule the session, or issue an appropriate refund.
9. No Guarantees of Results
Amanda Rupley LLC makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of any particular strategy, tool, business method, marketing technique, or technology discussed during a Program.
Participants acknowledge that business and professional outcomes vary and that they are solely responsible for their own decisions, implementation, and results.
10. Participant Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully with the instructor and other attendees.
Unauthorized recording, distribution of confidential participant information, harassment, or disruption of the learning environment is prohibited.
We reserve the right to restrict participation when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity and safety of a Program.
11. Privacy and Communications
Information collected during registration may include your name, email address, payment-related information, and other details reasonably necessary to administer your purchase.
We may use your contact information to deliver registration confirmations, webinar links, receipts, Program updates, and other communications related to your purchase.
Optional marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Payment processing and webinar delivery may involve third-party providers, including Stripe and Zoom, which maintain their own privacy and service terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Programs and materials are provided on an “as available” basis for educational purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amanda Rupley LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, including warranties regarding the suitability of any Program for a participant's particular business needs or objectives.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amanda Rupley LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in or use of our Programs.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular Program purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for that Program.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to Programs and Terms
Amanda Rupley LLC reserves the right to update Program content, instructors, scheduling, delivery methods, and these Terms & Conditions as reasonably necessary.
Material changes affecting an existing paid registration will be communicated to affected participants.
The terms in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
