You'll be guided to:

• Identify your personal fear level (0–10 scale)

• Tap through key EFT meridian points while repeating phrases

• Progressively shift your fear

• Check in with your level throughout and watch it decrease

• Close with a heart-hold exercise to release oxytocin and activate your body's natural relaxation response

Whether you've had a difficult flight experience or simply feel anxious about air travel, this session offers a gentle, effective tool to help you fly with ease. You can repeat this video as many times as needed until your fear level reaches a 2 or below.
