By purchasing any digital product, course library, or bundle from Luxe Layers, you (“Purchaser”, “You”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Digital Product & Access
All products sold are digital in nature and are delivered via online access and/or downloadable or view-only links. Access to content is granted after successful payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access links.
2. License – Personal Use Only (NO RESALE ALLOWED)
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use license only.
You may NOT:

Any unauthorized sharing constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, text, graphics, resources, and course libraries are the intellectual property of Luxe Layers and/or its licensors.

5. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
All products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding income, results, or business success. Your results depend on your own efforts, skills, experience, and market conditions.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any product or account, without refund, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, including any unauthorized sharing or resale.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxe Layers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use any digital product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Layers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxe Layers regarding your purchase and use of any digital products.
By purchasing or accessing any product from Luxe Layers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the products.
