2. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
3. No Refunds Policy: All payments made for locksmith services are non-refundable. Once services are rendered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Customers are responsible for scheduling appointments and providing accurate information regarding the requested services. Any changes or cancellations to appointments must be made within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Transparency: Customers are responsible for being transparent with the locksmith and letting them know if the ignition has been changed and if the key that operates the door is different than the key operating the ignition. If the customer is unaware they are still responsible for paying the new quoted price for two separate keys.
6. Liability: While Anchor Locksmith takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our customers' property, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of locksmith services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or theft.
7. Warranty: Anchor Locksmith warrants that all locksmith services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, no warranty is provided for the effectiveness or longevity of the services rendered.
8. Termination: Anchor Locksmith reserves the right to terminate any service agreement at our discretion, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of contract, or inappropriate conduct by the customer.
9. Modification of Terms: Anchor Locksmith may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or other appropriate means.
