All digital products, coaching sessions, and services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

For 1:1 Clarity Sessions and Business Compass reports:

Work begins immediately after purchase to prepare your personalized Human Design analysis and report.
Therefore, no refunds are possible once your order is placed, even if you miss or cancel your session.
If you need to reschedule, please email andrea@playb.eu at least 48 hours before your scheduled call.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours are forfeited without refund.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a digital product, Play B will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement or a refund.

Play B processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
