6. Payments and Refund Policy

By purchasing, you agree to provide valid payment information and to pay all applicable fees.
All digital products, coaching sessions, and services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

For 1:1 Clarity Sessions and Business Compass reports:

  • Work begins immediately after purchase to prepare your personalized Human Design analysis and report.

  • Therefore, no refunds are possible once your order is placed, even if you miss or cancel your session.

  • If you need to reschedule, please email andrea@playb.eu at least 48 hours before your scheduled call.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours are forfeited without refund.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a digital product, Play B will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement or a refund.

7. Privacy

Play B processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Site, you consent to such processing.

8. Limitation of Liability
