01 — Ownership & Copyright
All digital products, templates, scripts, frameworks, written content, and educational materials available through AGL Education are the exclusive intellectual property of Ania Glam Lab LLC and Anna Prangé.
All content is protected under United States and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material constitutes a violation of applicable law and may result in legal action.

02 — License Grant — Personal Use Only
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AGL Education materials for your own personal business use only.
This license permits you to: · Access and download the purchased materials for your personal use · Adapt or personalize templates for use within your own individual business · Reference the educational content to develop your own business practices
This license applies to you, as an individual, only. It is not transferable to employees, contractors, business partners, or any other party.
03 — Prohibited Uses
You may not, under any circumstances: · Resell, redistribute, or transfer any AGL Education product to another person or entity, whether for compensation or at no cost · Share login credentials, download links, or file access with any third party · Gift, loan, or pass along any product — in whole or in part · Use any template, script, or framework as the basis for a competing product, course, or paid offering · Reproduce or repackage AGL Education content within your own digital products, membership sites, or educational programs · Claim authorship or remove copyright notices from any material
04 — Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery of all AGL Education products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@aniaglamlab.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund policy.
05 — Disclaimer of Warranties
AGL Education products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, Ania Glam Lab LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client bookings.
Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, business model, and other factors outside our control. Any examples of results shared are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee or promise of similar outcomes.
06 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ania Glam Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AGL Education products or materials.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.
07 — Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.

Ania Glam Lab LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
