Do we meet live on video calls?
No video, by design. The most honest conversations happen when someone is not in front of the camera. Telegram keeps it private and off the record.
Can I change the date and time after I booked the session?
One free reschedule with 12 hours advance notice. New date must be within 14 days.
Is this refundable?
Bookings are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
What if my situation is really complex?
Many clients book another session to address additional layers or different situations once they've acted on the first.
