2. Copyright. All Content is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. All sample companies, figures and case studies in the products are fictional and for illustration only.

10. Third-party services. The Company is not responsible for problems caused by third-party services, including Stan, PayPal, Gumroad, your internet provider or your software. We may refuse service or end access to anyone who breaches these Terms.
11. Payments and refunds. You agree to pay for all products you purchase. Because these are instantly downloadable digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED, except where a file is defective or cannot be delivered.
