I stumbled upon Adam Lowder’s work on TikTok, of all places, where his voice first entered my world. But what began as a passing scroll became a continuous compass. It was only last year, in 2024 when I truly began to apply his teachings, that I realized how deeply they had taken root in me. Adam does not speak noise. He speaks clarity. Stillness. Precision. So, when I once asked about backstage rituals, mantras, warmups, he bade me: pray. Not performance. Not perfection. Just presence. And prayer. He offered me a free consultation in a time when I could not afford guidance. But what he gave me was more than notes. He gave me alignment. He affirmed that I was not crazy for pursuing truth, for asking questions, for yearning to act with spiritual integrity. I don’t get to work with Sir weekly; though I wish I could. But if you can, if you have the means, do not hesitate. He is not merely an acting coach; he is a steward of calling. A craftsman of both art and spirit.
