💻 GETTING STARTED
After purchasing, you will submit your business information, niche, branding, colors, product preferences, and any other information requested for your project.
Once I am ready to begin, I will personally text you to let you know that I am starting on your shop.
Because I will be working directly inside your Etsy account, Etsy may send a temporary verification/security code when the login is authorized. If verification is required, you will need to send me the temporary code promptly so I can access the shop and begin working.
I will never request your Etsy password through text.
⏰ TURNAROUND TIME
The standard turnaround time is approximately 12–14 business days, beginning after I have full access to your Etsy shop AND have received all required information for your project.
Please be available for verification when your project begins. Delays in providing access, codes, branding materials, requested information, or approvals can extend the turnaround time.

• This is a custom digital-design and Etsy shop setup service. Nothing will be physically mailed to you.
• Your package is based on one approved niche/brand direction unless otherwise agreed upon before the project begins.
• Please communicate your desired style and direction before designing begins. Major changes after work has started may result in additional design fees.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, links, prices, product information, and other details before final approval.
• Commercial-use rights are provided for you to sell the completed products in your Etsy shop.
• Because significant time is reserved for every custom project, cancellations and refunds are not available after design work has begun.
• Etsy fees, Etsy advertising, paid fonts/elements, third-party subscriptions, and other outside expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
• SEO optimization is intended to improve the quality and discoverability of your listings; however, Etsy rankings, traffic, sales, and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
