  • Spiritual Services & Sessions
    Services may include intuitive readings, astrology-based coaching, healing sessions, or live classes. All appointments must be booked through the calendar system provided. If you miss your appointment or cancel without proper notice, you forfeit your payment.

  • Physical Products (if applicable)
    If offered, physical items (e.g., ritual kits, spiritual baths, or custom tools) are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stan. We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods listed on the checkout page. All prices are in USD and may be updated without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of instant downloads and digital access, no refunds are offered on digital products.

  • Services & Readings: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Physical Products: If your item arrives damaged, please email bookwithashe@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
