  • Due to limited availability for appointment times, meetings are final. No-shows are non-refundable, and there are no refunds. To help you remember our meeting, we will send out two reminders, one 24 hours before and another 1 hour before to help prevent this from occurring.

  • When scheduling the meeting, consider using a Gmail email, as our meeting will be on Google Meet. Other emails will work if you do not have a Gmail account.

  • If there is no availability for this timeframe, choosing a shorter meeting (ex: two 30-minute meetings) can provide options on days that may be all booked out for longer sessions.
