Asha helped me navigate an entire spectrum of finance careers: we started by figuring out what was the best fit for my skills and interests and once we landed on IBD she helped me go from zero to 100 in less than a month! Asha's knack for unraveling my strengths and pinpointing my passion was a game-changer. She crafted a tailored strategy for my applications, making sure they screamed "investment banking material." And we adapted each one to the bank we were targeting together. A massive thanks to Asha for turning my finance career dreams into reality! She is the reason I landed a job which is truly a good fit for me and even managed to negotiate a higher salary!

I've got to give a huge shoutout to Asha – she's the real MVP! Her expertise in nailing interviews and breaking down LBO models was a game-changer, landing me not one, but three fantastic job offers. Asha's commitment to my growth was obvious – she didn't just give advice; she offered personalized feedback and shared insights that I don’t think I could have gotten anywhere else. Her support went beyond our scheduled sessions and she was always responsive and cheering me on and making sure I was ready for every step of the job hunt. If you're on the lookout for a coach who brings both strategy and technical know-how, Asha's your person. My success story is proof that her coaching is top-notch. Big thanks to Asha for making this journey not just successful but downright awesome! 🚀

Asha is amazing! I found her just before my second-round PE interview, and despite the limited time, she quickly helped me bridge the gap coming from a non-traditional background. She made sure I was communicating my experiences using the language and frameworks that interviewers and other candidates in the industry expect. What stood out most was her attention to detail. She carefully reviewed my answers, challenged my thinking, and made sure every response was fully developed and addressed the question effectively. She is incredibly passionate about coaching and interviewing, and her deep understanding of interview psychology helped me better understand what interviewers are really looking for and how to communicate my story more effectively. Asha also went above and beyond by actively reaching out to friends and professionals in the industry to gather additional insights and ensure I was thoroughly prepared for interviews in my specific sector.

Asha has played a critical role in every aspect of my recruitment process. Coming in with little exposure, she has broken all of the components into easily digestible concepts and to-dos. She absolutely meets me where I am and supplements with a tailored plan that helps me emphasize my strengths and build on my weaknesses. Regarding her personally, she is incredibly organized, responsive, and engaged. She values every single minute of our session and always comes in with an itinerary for the hour. For me, breaking into finance was/is an incredibly intimidating process; however, with Asha’s help, I have overcome barrier after barrier and grown exponentially as a young professional.
