PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

This website and all related websites operated by AKolt Creatives LLC dba Ash Evolves (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are collectively referred to as the “Site.”

The Company offers digital and service-based products, which may include but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching calls

  • digital downloads (PDFs, guides, resources, etc.)

  • audio recordings or affirmation tracks

  • educational materials

  • other online content or services

All products are for personal use only.

3. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, and scheduled coaching services:

  • Purchases cannot be returned

  • Access cannot be revoked once delivered

  • Time reserved for coaching cannot be recovered

  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or unused services

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Coaching Call Scheduling and Cancellations

If your purchase includes a coaching session:

  • You are responsible for scheduling your session.

  • All sessions are non-refundable.

  • You must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.

  • Failure to attend or reschedule within 48 hours results in forfeiture of the session.

  • Missed sessions will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all fees associated with your purchase.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The Company does not offer price adjustments, credits, or refunds if prices change or promotions occur after purchase.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a product, the Company may provide a replacement or, at its sole discretion, issue a refund.
