90 Days With Ashley

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in this program, you are purchasing access to 90 days of personalized business mentorship with Ashley Lochen. This includes direct access via a private Instagram account, personalized strategy guidance, and ongoing support throughout the program duration.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly Payment Option:
$499 per month for 3 consecutive months. Payments are automatically charged on the same date each month beginning on your enrollment date.

Pay In Full Option:
$1,299 charged as a single payment at time of enrollment.

All payments are processed securely. By enrolling, you authorize these charges.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of this program, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued after enrollment, regardless of:

  • Level of participation

  • Results achieved

  • Change of mind or circumstances

4. No Income Guarantee

5. Program Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive instructions for accessing the private mentorship Instagram account within 48 business hours.

Access to the program is for the enrolled individual only and is non-transferable.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your access to any other person.

6. Your Responsibilities

To get the most out of this program, you are expected to:

  • Show up and actively participate

  • Ask questions and engage with the guidance provided

  • Take action on the strategies discussed

  • Communicate openly about your goals, challenges, and progress

This program requires your active participation. Results are directly tied to the effort you put in.

7. Ashley's Responsibilities

Ashley Lochen agrees to:

  • Provide personalized strategy and guidance throughout the 90-day program

  • Respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe during business hours

  • Show up consistently and genuinely invest in your success

  • Provide honest, thoughtful feedback based on your specific situation

8. Response Time

Ashley will make every effort to respond to messages within 48 business hours Monday through Friday. Response times may vary during holidays, travel, or personal circumstances. Ashley will communicate any extended delays in advance when possible.

9. Program Duration

This program runs for exactly 90 days from your enrollment date.

Access to the private mentorship account will be removed at the conclusion of the 90-day period unless an extension is mutually agreed upon.

10. Cancellation Policy

This program is a 90-day commitment.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full 90-day program regardless of your chosen payment option.

Monthly payment plan participants:

All 3 monthly payments are required and will be automatically charged on your billing date regardless of participation level or progress.

Choosing the monthly payment option does not create the ability to cancel mid-program. It is simply an alternative payment structure for the same 90-day commitment.

Pay in full participants:

Payment is due in full at time of enrollment and is non-refundable.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

By enrolling, you understand and agree that you are committing to all payments for the full duration of the program.

11. Confidentiality

Ashley Lochen agrees to keep your personal business information, goals, and conversations confidential.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, frameworks, and materials shared within this program are the intellectual property of Ashley Lochen.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any program content without written permission.

13. Behavior Policy

Ashley Lochen reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they engage in:

  • Disrespectful or abusive behavior

  • Harassment of any kind

  • Violation of these terms

  • Sharing of program content without permission

14. Program Changes

Ashley Lochen reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the program structure, delivery method, or content as needed to best serve participants.

Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
