All content made available through this website, including but not limited to digital products, eBooks, guides, templates, journals, text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, audio recordings, downloads, worksheets, designs and written materials (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to A Soft Reset With Justy, and is protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or any other applicable legislation that cannot legally be excluded.
Where products or services supplied by the Company are subject to consumer guarantees under the ACL, our liability is limited to:
Replacement of the product or service.
Repair of the product or service.
Resupply of the product or service; or
Refund of the amount paid.
As determined by the Company and as permitted under Australian law.
4. Digital Products and Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.
However, refunds may be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or unable to be accessed due to a major technical issue that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us promptly so we may attempt to resolve the issue.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names and email addresses for the sole purple of electronic delivery of our digital product/s. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including websites that host and make our digital product/s available for sale and purchase for your healing and recovery; from social media, other online marketing platforms, and from Third Parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised Third Parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients, and for digital marketing purposes only. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.
