Every driver needs a driver qualification file, including an owner-operator who drives for their own company (49 CFR 391.51). A missing DQ file is a critical violation in audit scoring (Appendix B to Part 385). This kit lists what goes in each DQ file and when, cites the Part 391 section for each item, and gives you templates and a tracker to keep files current. Includes a printable PDF, editable Word forms, and an Excel tracker.
