Does your freestyle feel harder than it should?
Are you constantly gasping for air, fighting to stay streamlined or feeling like you're working twice as hard as you should just to get down the pool?
It's time to change that.
The Freestyle Transformation Programme is an 8-week structured swim training plan designed to help you develop better technique, improve your fitness and build a freestyle stroke that feels smoother, more controlled and less exhausting.
Rather than trying to fix everything at once, I break your freestyle down into manageable steps. Each week focuses on a key element of your stroke, helping you understand what to change, why it matters and how to put it into practice.
In two months, you'll build a technical foundation and develop the confidence to swim with greater efficiency.
What's included?
24 structured swim sessions – three sessions per week over eight weeks.
Progressive training plan – sessions build from 900m to 2.6km as your technique and fitness develop.
Video drill demonstrations – see exactly how to perform each drill.
Technique and education library – access coaching videos that explain the key principles behind an efficient freestyle stroke.
Weekly technique focus – work through key areas including head position, rotation, breathing, kicking, the catch, pull and recovery.
Simple coaching cues – practical reminders you can take straight into the pool.
