A gentle, lived-experience-based introduction to rebuilding stability and self-trust after psychosis.
I created this program because I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
I’ve lived through psychosis myself. I know the confusion, the fear, the disconnection, and the frustrating feeling of being told to simply “manage your symptoms” when what you really want is to understand how to find your way back to yourself.
Over the course of this self-paced mini-program, we’ll explore psychosis recovery through the lens of the nervous system, through self-awareness, and integration. Because recovery is about so much more than only what happens in your mind.
Drawing from 7 years of lived experience with psychosis and modern professional knowledge, you’ll learn to recognize what affects you, understand your own patterns, notice what your body may be communicating, and discover practical ways to support yourself when life feels overwhelming.
You’ll learn to:
Understand Psychosis with modern scienctific information
Understand the relationship between stress, your nervous system, and your experiences with psychosis
Recognize your own patterns and early signs of overwhelm
Build practical tools for grounding and emotional stability
Develop greater self-trust and a stronger sense of inner safety
Integrate what you learn into everyday life in a way that feels sustainable
Recovery really is possible. I know that because I’ve experienced how much can change.
I’m not here to promise that one program will fix everything but I believe it for sure gives you tangible tools in what you may need now and that can help find your way back to yourself. Recovery can be messy, nonlinear, and deeply personal and you don’t have to have everything figured out right now.
This is a place to slow down, get curious about yourself, and start building a different relationship with your own experience, rather than constantly fighting against it.
Move through the program at your own pace and return to the material whenever you need it.
This program is additional support and is not therapy or medical advice. It is designed to complement professional support and can be used alongside therapy or other appropriate care. Individual results vary depending on personal circumstances, consistency, and engagement with the material.
