With this partnership, I get involved with your organization rather than merely advising from afar.
We begin with an assessment. Paid, prioritized, and structured to give you value and give us both clarity before we commit to anything more.
The assessment runs two to four weeks in focused work sessions, designed to establish scope, clarify priorities, confirm alignment, and create a plan. The form for those sessions is bespoke. For some organizations that might mean deep working sessions, on-site or virtual. For others, it could look like an offsite retreat designed to get top leadership out of the day-to-day. The format follows the Work, not the other way around.
The initial $7,500 fee is nonrefundable. It secures an initial planning session and the assessment window.
The assessment is built for the primary decision-maker. One or two additional stakeholders may participate when it's the right call. Active participation matters. So does timely responsiveness. Both protect the Work.
At the end of the assessment, we decide together. Either we move forward into a 12-month written engagement at $3,750 per week, or we design a tailored advisory structure with scope and pricing aligned to the level of involvement called for by the plan.
I hold one seat for this kind of work at a time. The capacity is finite. Partnerships at this level work best when chosen carefully on both sides.
