You’ll leave with:

• Up to 3 priority skills to focus on next

• A personalized starting plan for greater independence

No generic advice. We’re looking at your child, your concerns, and what everyday independence looks like for them—ordering, paying, scheduling, signing in, speaking up, making friends, asking for help, and handling everyday situations with less help from you.

2. No Guarantees

All services and products are designed to support clarity, confidence, and life direction.

However, results are not guaranteed.

Your success depends on your personal effort, consistency, and decisions.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Speak Life with Kendra provides coaching and personal development support only.

This is not:

- Therapy

- Counseling

- Medical advice

- Legal or financial advice

4. Payment Terms

- All payments must be made in full before access is granted

- All prices are subject to change at any time

- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and digital products:

- All sales are final

- No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed

6. Client Responsibility

By purchasing, you agree to:

- Take full responsibility for your decisions and actions

- Show up and participate fully in coaching sessions

- Respect time, communication, and boundaries

7. Scheduling & Cancellations (Coaching Only)

- Sessions must be scheduled in advance

- A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule

- Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided are owned by Speak Life with Kendra.

You may not:

- Copy

- Share

- Reproduce

- Resell any materials

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Speak Life with Kendra is not responsible for:

- Any decisions you make

- Any actions you take

- Any outcomes or results
