GROWN AEROPONICALLY-BEYOND ORGANIC with filtered water and air. Our greens are not exposed to the common pathogens and pollution we encounter in day to day life. The produce is grown with natural minerals designed for the human body to make a healthier you. The flavors will burst in your mouth. You can smell the nutrients. The nutrient rich CSA packs are loaded with polyphenols, enzymes, vitamins, amino acids, omegas and more. You see it in the reds and greens of the living produce. So fresh it will keep 2-3 weeks in a proper crisper draw. Our Purely Living Lettuce List: Red and green romaine, green sweet crisp, leafy romaine, red tipped butter head and variations. Our Tender Cruciferous List: kale, swiss chard, bokchoy, tender kale, limited spinach. Basil is our most common herb. Tomatoes ripen about December. Cucumbers are still in the experimental stage. There is some variability in the produce available.

We liked our lettuces, greens, cruciferous so much we wanted to share the flavor and the health benefits. In 2023 we went public. Desiree is a mom of 5. She runs the farm mainly with help from her 5 children ages preschool to high school. Teresa aids in harvest and delivery one day a week. She also gifts her clients(Beyond Health) with the nutrient rich produce as they heal from common diseases ravaging our friends and family.
