I have been balloon house academy longest member. I have attended numerous content days and had daily support either in group or privately 1-2-1. Emma tutorials are very easy to.follow, and the detail in each tutorial makes it so simple with a huge affect on our displays. I have also had 1-2-1 with emma during content days which really helped me take my business to a whole other level. Emma is extremely talented, creative, approachable and her advice and knowledge on the industry really does help me ensure i can keep up with new trends and ideas.

I’m fairly new to Balloon House Academy but I have already learnt so much from Emma. With a friend, we attended a 2-2-1 class with Emma. Her teaching methods are on point and exactly what a balloon artist (new and old) needs. Emma is always willing to share her knowledge, no matter how busy she is with her family/business. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma for the 1st time about a year ago when I needed assistance with floral centrepieces. She was extremely pleasant and willing to share her knowledge. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be a part of her Academy. I have since attended several 1-1s and Content Days hosted by Emma and I must say she is an amazing educator and a wonderful person, both inside and out. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By subscribing to the Balloon House Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Respectful Community

We have a zero-tolerance policy against any bullying, arguing, discriminatory language, or slurs. Any member engaging in such behaviour will be immediately removed from the academy with no refund.

2. Content Copyright and Usage

All content provided within the Balloon House Academy is original and protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced, sold, or distributed without prior written consent from Balloon House Academy. This includes, but is not limited to, tutorials, videos, and guides.

3. Non-Compete Clause

Upon leaving the academy, members agree not to open or operate a similar training program, academy, or community for a minimum period of 12 months. Members also agree not to teach or share any methods, techniques, or proprietary information obtained from Balloon House Academy during this time. This is to ensure the value and integrity of the academy’s content remain exclusive to active members.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the digital nature and extensive volume of content provided, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel your subscription during your billing period, you will not receive a refund, and you will be removed from the academy and any associated groups immediately.

5. Member-Exclusive Benefits

Certain benefits, including discount codes provided by our suppliers, are available exclusively to active members. If you cancel your subscription, you agree to discontinue the use of these codes immediately. Balloon House Academy reserves the right to verify the usage of these codes with suppliers and may take action if former members are found using them after cancellation.

6. Subscription Cancellation

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be a part of the academy. We recommend cancelling a few days before your next billing cycle to avoid any confusion. If you forget to cancel, no refund will be issued.

7. Contact for Subscription Issues

For any questions regarding subscription cancellation, please email us at emmadhesi21@googlemail.com. Note that we will not process refunds for forgotten cancellations or non-use of services during the subscription period.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Members agree to keep all shared information, including other members’ discussions, tutorials, and training materials, confidential. Sharing or posting this content outside the academy is prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Balloon House Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the academy after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
